You can get Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade (32 bit or 64 bit) for $30 by submitting a .edu email. It's just a download, it's an extra $13 for the back-up disc. Still a good deal.
I was skimming on the SlickDeals message board and some people have gotten it without a .edu email so give it a try if you don't have one.
