Does the BB logo mean a Best Buy (best seller) or something?  To me it kinda looks like "buy back" and its a picture of an open box.

I haven't used them in years, maybe even a decade but my past experiences were always irritating because it was often a waste of time. While they are trust worthy, their stock/deals are not. A lot of their 'too good to be true' prices are just that- too good to be true. Odds are, you'll place an order, they'll sit on it for a week, and then you'll contact them asking what's the status and they'll cancel your order/refund you. I think I placed maybe 5 orders with them and only had 1 fulfilled.

The deals are real. But customer service doesn’t exist. If they send you the wrong item maybe 5% of the time. Probably less. You are SoL.

I’m not sure I’ve ever got the wrong game, but definitely wrong dvds.

Aw man, every time I try to add the game I want to the cart I get an error. :( Does this mean it is probably sold out?

Edit: The Error says Product Not Found and the game was Ghost Giant.  Been keeping an eye on that game and $10 is insanely cheap for it. Not sure its gone under $25 yet.  Ended up getting Shining Resonance Refrain (Draconic Launch Edition) and The Council which also got me free shipping.

Edit 2: Looks like Ghost Giant price went back to 29.99 and is now on Backorder. Darn shame!

I used to order from them a lot way back in the day. I'm talking, 15-odd years ago. They were called DeepDiscountDVD.com at the time and they were hands-down the best place to order movies, their prices were consistently lower than even Amazon on pretty much every title. What made them even better was that Summer and Winter, they would issue a reusable promo code that would take 25% off everything in your cart. It used to be for DVDs the way we handle Steam now; add a bunch of titles to your wishlist and then go crazy every Summer/Winter spending hundreds of dollars on loads of DVDs, some as low as $6 a pop.

Then eventually the day came when they decided to expand their market, selling more than just movies. This was a result of a new business partnership which led to them also changing their name to simply DeepDiscount.com as well as higher prices across the board. Plus, the Summer/Winter sale was no longer 25% off, you were lucky if you got even 15%.

I don't use them as much as I used to back in the glory days, but on the rare occasion when they do have a decent sale going on, I'll still order from them. Just keep in mind that you're not going to get an Amazon-like experience from them. But I've never not received an order from them; even if it took a while to ship out, I did eventually get it. And if I did need customer support, I call their 800 number rather than attempt to get support through the website or e-mail and everything goes rather smoothly.

 
I was going to add that it might be worth it to wait for one of their regular 15% off codes, but I'm guessing most of the good stuff will be gone with everyone ordering now.

 
Thanks OP!  I picked up a few games that were at the lowest prices I've seen for them yet.

Deep Discount is a legit site, though this is the only time I have ever seen them sell games at one would consider really cheap prices.  They are also very slow to ship and use the slowest shipment type possible when you use free shipping so you may wait over a week for your games.  Worth it for some of these prices though.

I ordered 3 games, they already set me an email saying they didn't have the cheapest one I ordered, L.A. Noire for the Xbox One at $7.52.

Seems the more cynical people here may have been correct.

Warning: They just cancelled an order on me -- but they only refunded the price of the game and tax and kept the shipping. I'm having to go through PayPal to correct it.

Check your refunds that it is actually for the full amount. It seems like a huge scam to me.

I pretty next only need some VR games and didn't find any deals on one's I'm interested in but I saw some good prices on other games.

I also received a shipping notification for all of my games (Deemo, Voez, Wonder Boy Dragons Trap (switch), superbeat xonic (switch),persistence vr, raven remastered (switch), battlezones vr, death mark special edition (switch), and some vinyl records from the blowout bin. I ordered around 12:00 pm EST Sunday

 
US buyers: who do they ship through? Do they use USPS?

I'm in Canada and interested in ordering, but typically if it ships through UPS or FedEx, they try to charge customs fees but advertise them as "handling fees".

That's unfortunate. I guess I'll have to pass. I don't trust using UPS anymore if the order is shipped from outside Canada. I once made an order from the states for something made within the states. It totalled about $200 US with a $25 US delivery cost. They charged another $42 CAD on delivery (about $32 US) for a "handling fee"

How did you guys get a tracking number??? I got an email my games shipped but no tracking included. Signed into my account on their site & still couldn’t find it..

I had this problem with a bluray order i placed earlier. I gkt an email but no tracking number and nothing on my order history on my account. I emailed them and got a tracking number though. They told me I wasnt signed in when the order was placed so it didnt give a tracking number. Was odd but they were helpful enough about it

I have been aware of the deep discount bin for records for awhile now but never thought to check it for video games too. Nice catch op. They also had some Simpsons Funko pops but I don't want to start collect figures again. Especially because those pops probably lack the resale qualities of amiibo

Thanks for mentioning the Funko Pops. Got a bunch I was holding off on before that I've been wanting like the Ghostbusters, Waynes World and Austin Powers ones.
