Diamond; Pearl; Platinum 1-A (Friend Codes; Online Discussion; Trades, Battles, etc.)

Does anyone know if when you do a wireless battle, do you get the pokemon you fought against's pokedex info? There's a bunch of non-D/P pokemon I want, but I haven't seen them so I can't even attempt to trade.

*Will trade almost anything for a Japanese Mew* ^__^;

btw- I can't remember who wanted the Slugma, but I have a female now so I can breed. PM or post here if you want one and I'll breed some in a bit for those who needed em. :)

I think I remember reading it will not add them to your pokedex.

Well that sure sucks. =( How is anyone ever supposed to trade for event pokemon without having been able to see them. ;_;
 
Yup, halves the number of steps needed to hatch an egg. :) I'll start a list for anyone who wants slugma. Also if anyone needs an eevee, I can breed those too. I don't need anything in return either so no worries. :)

But, if *anyone* here has a Mew they want to trade let me know. Or that I can even just see to get the pokedex info on so I can try and do a GTS trade for one. :)

I have a Mew from the TRU giveaway, but I checked on GTS and no results came up with any trainers that had one when I searched for it.

2 Female Castform lvl. 1 (already hatched from eggs) (0 Spoken for)
 
Could I get 1 of each nekotobi? Once I beat the game I have a mew from the tru giveaway you could have once i transfer it to pal park.

Sure thing, although I'm gonna have to go breed a couple more castform so everyone who asked gets one. :) Shouldn't take too long. Could I possibly get these eggs: Spiritbomb, Infernape, & Turtwig for my Eevee, Castform, and Slugma?

I'm just messing. I assumed she would still give tade them to me. Doesn't matter to me who I get them from, really.

As a side not, as of three hours ago I'm done with school till next fall! Here I come, Pokemon!

I hope I didn't accidentally trade back the one you traded me. o_0 I have 2 marked with stars now. I marked the Eevees with a star and the slugma with a circle... but in the trade it doesn't show the markings. >.< Well hopefully you got the right ones, if not we trade again. ^_^;; Anyways, hopefully they were right, and thanks again for the trade!

edit: damn, how are you supposed to tell the difference in eggs in the trade room? :s I have 2 star marked eggs now...which one is the eevee? I'll just go dump both in my box and get an eevee egg I KNOW is eevee. You did get the circle marked Slugma, right? Sorry about this! =(

Yup, definitely got my Chimchar back (marked them with a heart), got the Slugma tho. You can see the symbols, but you have to check the summary for the egg - kind of a pain in the butt.

You can catch Ditto in D/P in the patch of grass on Rt 218 using the Poke Radar.

I'm still super new to the world of Pokemon, still learning what each attacks do and how they work with one another (haven't begun peering into the guide yet, trying to do it on my own 'til I get stumped), my Pokemon still suck, but I was JUST able to get my friend code so I'll go ahead and add as many of you guys throughout the day as I can, and I'll PM each of y'all that I add.

I don't mind taking a loss or two (or a dozen, ha), just participating will be fun.
 
WHOA, I freaked out when I saw your avy and sig. Well, I just beat the main game and now I can focus on breeding and what not. One thing though, I thought this game was much harder than the last pokemon game. Before the opposing trainers were simple one types. However, in this game, that's not exactly the case, and you'll find that you have to switch pokemon up a lot.

Well, I rushed through the game as fast as possible, because I hated leveling up. But yeah, you'll have to have a pretty well balanced team of pokemon to beat the game. No more good ol' days of owning the elite four with just Charizard, lol. And yeah, I really had to look at the gamefaq to get through this game.

I agree, that sig and avatar are fucking awful.

Anyway I've been busy the last couple days but sometime this weekend I'll have another big egg give away if one is still warranted.
 
Hey Hohez, that sounds good. Actually, with me beating the game, I finally got around to breeding. And as a result I got a bunch of eevees to give away, like 12 eevees, 2 of them are females. I also got some Slugmas coming up and maybe some dittos if anyone wants any.

Sigh, I'm such a sicko now, all into pokemon breeding...

Ditto? You spoke my language! I got a female charizard I want to start breeding to to give away dilicious charmanders.
 
Hmm, well, I guess I can't breed dittos. But I do have 1 extra, I'll just give that one to you. I also have a couple turtwigs availabe as well. Just PM me if anyone is interested.
 
Any chance one of those Turtwigs has an Adamant nature? If so, I'll take it. I have an extra Eevee laying around if you're interested in that.
