Do you believe in abortion?

Abortion is real, but it shouldnt be done, what is done to others and others might do to you.

Humans, we must not destory them. So if someone is having a baby, i dont think its cool to kill him or her off. You have to put your own self in that position to understand what i'm talking about, you wouldnt like it if your parents would of kill you off and not bring you into this world.
 
Since they aren't fully developed I wouldn't feel immoral if I did it. Its like having a miscarriage, you don't cry about it and remember it every year like someone died.

I know someone who had a few miscarriages, and trust me, it's not a pleasant experience.

It's quite ironic that the christians are so opposed to abortion, especially considering that their god routinely enjoys killing for such petty reasons as spite or jealousy (hey let's face it - those Baal worshippers threw better parties)

Not to mention, Hindu Gods != Christian god != Pagan Gods != Jewish God != Islamic God != ancient greek god != Aztec God != Incan God != etc
 
to use camoor's example, what did those sons of egypt do? they were born egyptian, i don't think they had any influence with the pharaoh. they were pretty much innocent, unless it's a sin to be egyptian or something.

You said we must not destroy humans, some jobs have occupational hazards that guarantee that a certain number of employees will be killed off every year. For instance, cops, firefighers, electrians. We know from statistics that every year x number of firefighers will be destroyed while working to safeguard our society.

I build homes for a living, and i aint dead? So where are those statistics coming from?

And i dont understand what you getting at here, i mean things happen even when you working, or just walking down the street. I cant be against something that " just happens ", unless its cars and planes and guns, which i think we dont need. I have 2 cars, but i could do without them, and planes, well 9/11 would of never happen if they wasnt around ( not to mention tall buildings ) and guns, well i think you know where i'm going with this one.

States, counties, the US government. Causes of death are recorded and statistics are computed. People die in construction, you should know this. Oh it's not frequent but humans die, we knowingly destroy humans so our society can function.

But really look at the better example of policemen, they know from day 1 that there is a possibility, granted a small one that doing their job may in fact kill them.

Society demands human sacrifice, human destruction in order to function.

So in other words, death is needed. Well i actually have to disagree with you, only because i know something you dont know, but one thing that you should know is that " This life that we are living in, is not the life that GOD intended"

Meaning, the only reason why we are living like this, is because of what adam and eve did, thats it. We have to deal with it, till armageddon comes, which is cool with me.
 
If a woman wants a abortion she should be able to do it, it's her damn body.
She will have to live with that(unless someone "made" her do it) not me or anyone else in the world!!!!!

But GOD told adam and eve not to eat from the tree and they didnt listen ( with the help of satan / the root to all wickedness ) , so we have to deal with whatever they did until GOD is ready to end what is bad. Thats why we are awaiting the day of the messiah, the son of GOD. When GOD is ready to send his son back , then armageddon will happen.

Now on another note, which is also in connection with people wondering why the end is taking so long. When i say end, i'm just talking about the end of wickedness, suffering etc ( Revelation chapter 21 verse 4)

In a perfect world where no teenage pregnancies and rapes occur, I would be against abortion. I don't think it's fair that the kid doesn't get a chance to live his/her life at all. However, I've never been in a situation as a teenage mother nor have I ever been raped and become pregnant. Regardless of my opinion, I don't think I have the right to judge anyone who has an abortion because I have never been in their shoes.

It would seem to me that if god can hold a grudge for so long, he's less than perfect. Anyways, doesn't Jesus preach forgiveness? If Jesus tells everyone to forgive, why doesn't god follow his son's advice? It would seem that if Jesus is telling everyone what is good and proper, God would be one of the spearheads of good and proper-ism.

God is the ultimate "do as I say, not as I do". Of course, the main reason for that is nature is so unpredictable, so there's no way your god is going to live up to the code it set for you.
