Does Captin Crunch Crunch Berries Cereal cut up the roof of your mouth?

Sorry to be off topic, but I just had a bowl of Cptn. Crunch Crunch Berries and the roof of my mouth is all cut up. Man, this would be my favorite cereal if it was not so painful. Does this happen to anyone else?
 
you are eating the wrong cap n crunch. thats why its cutting the roof of your mouth. you should be eating peanut butter cap n crunch

thats a great way to eat cereal. the soggier, the better.....most of the time
 
I love Cap'n Crunch. It's worth the pain.

Another great cereal I miss was something like "Hidden Treasures" or some stupid thing like that. It looked like little.. pizza rolls or something, and when you bit into it, it either wouldn't have a flavor, or it'd taste strawberry, cherry, or grape.. that stuff was awesome.. hopefully someone else remembers it.
 
The best cereals of all time are Spiderman and Teenage Mutant Ninga Turtle Cereal. They were both the same thing rice chex with marshmallows. Why don't they make anything like this any more?
 
I am somebody who eats a certain cereal for a year or so, and then, changes it up to a different cereal the next year. Currently, I am eating a ton of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which is odd, becuase I hate cinnamon in/on anything other than this cereal. :?

Man, I loved the spiderman cereal. I never tried the Ninja Turtle one.
 
Anyone else ever have the NON chocolate chip Cookie Crisp? It was like vanilla flavor or something and came in a blue box. I had it once when I was a kid, but have never seen it since, nor have I ever met someone else who remembers it.

I haven't had Cap'n Crunch in way too long, but from what I recall, yeah, I'm pretty sure they did.

A few other cereals do the same thing, but most of the time, it is worth it.

I'm partial to peanut butter crunch, but never as a cereal, just an occasional snack.
 
If I am careful it doesn't cut my mouth too bad, but who can eat carefully with this stuff? It's so good! And yes, it is worth the pain.

Yeah, I remember this......and instead if a cop and robber on the box, it was a wizard witha blue hat......Those were awesome. Who remembers Quisp and Boo Berry? I wish they sold them still.

I'm hungry now........

I remember Quisp. They brought it back a few years ago, and I've seen it on rare occasions. Plus, the comic store I work for sells the Quisp action figures.

As for Boo Berry, they bring that back every Halloween, along with Frankenberry. Good stuff!

Now, I'd be surprised if anyone else remembered Fruity Yummy Mummy or Waffle-o's. Fruity Yummy Mummy was technically one of the monster cereals, though General Mills supposedly claims it wasn't. Waffle-o's were kinda like Waffle Crisp, but WAY better. They came in maple and blueberry flavor. I miss those...

Dunkaballs was the best cereal ever, followed by ninja turtles/spiderman, and does anyone else remember Mr Jones' Ice Cream Cones cereal?

It doesn't cut up the roof of my mouth, but it leaves a coat of waxy-like stuff. Not necessarily wax, maybe sugar, but I can always feel it on the roof of my mouth after a bowl or two.

ya I get that too... no cuts though, actually I take it back sometimes that stuff if I bite just wrong kinda stings.
 
Anyone remember that SNL skit about Shardies or some shit? It was like a fruit ice cream bar with shards of glass in and sticking out of it. LOL

I remember both of those........yummmm........There was also a wolfman cereal but I can't remember the name of it. Around halloween we get Frankenberry and Count Chocula but for the past few years, no Boo Berry....most dissapointing.
 
Yeah, it makes the roof of my mouth feel all wierd, as well. But Captain Crunch ain't got shit on Cinnamon Toast Crunch, baby!
