I didn't know there were two tests for the MCSE, what's the difference? And MOC, not sure what that means.

I may just take the software class, pell grant will pay for it anyway.
The MCSE is made up of a bunch of tests. When I got my Windows 2000 MCSE, there were 7 tests: 4 core and 3 electives. 70-210 was win2k professional and 70-215 was win2k server. Each exam covers a different aspect of the O/S. (MOC stands for Microsoft Official Ciriculum, FYI)

Then, I sat a few more exams and picked up my MCSA right after they rolled that out (which is kinda backwards, I know), and then took a few more exams to upgrade both to Security specializations.

If you're getting a Pell Grant, I'd recommend using that for college courses, if possible. In the end, a college degree is worth more, IMO.

It's been a very long time since I did the A+, so I have no idea what the software exam even covers anymore. (It was DOS, Windows 3.1-98 and Apple when I took it, but it wasn't hard, as I recall.)

A ray of hope, you say?

Ah NOW it makes sense why so many people on my facebook are bashing Obama...my gf told me in the nursing program at my school they really put him down. :/

Well it is a college course. The hardware class was for my degree, if i go on to WSU(Western Kentucky University) like i plan to, they offer both the hardware and software courses as electives, so taking the software course now would transfer. I figured i've taken half the class, might as well take the other one and get the cert. My networking class was also basically a network+ class, the book was a prep for the exam, may end up going for that too.

I think you need to chill the fuck out. You were the one wishing someone would die.

I'm fine, man.

You do realize that anytime I say something related to politics, this dude says the same exact thing: "Get (the fuck) outta here, princess." It gets old.

You sorta wished that someone would assasinate Barack Obama.

...

My point has been made and I will refrain from shitting on your politics from here on out, though.

Thanks. I do appreciate that.

I don't really want Obama dead, but I fear future economic policies.

Ok ok...by far the BEST facebook status I've seen

"welcomes you to the USSA. Religion: None. Wealth: Spread. Abortions: Mandatory."

I'll admit it - I shed tears 3 times tonight. When they called it for Obama. When he took the stage for his speech. When he finished his speech.

This is beyond comprehension. It's a good time to be alive.
Too be fair, kerry was a Turd sandwhich.
Kerry ran an AWFUL campaign, but re-electing Bush has no real excuse.
Bush is the worst President the nation has ever had.
History will prove this correct.
A ray of hope, you say?
Careful, now.
That would be FDR.
FDR didn't attempt to gut the Constitution quite like Bush did. That's a win, right there.
That was one of the most incredible speeches I've ever heard.
Dear god, a president who can speak!!!

I'm not going to be a dick about it, but that kind of statement was out of bounds. As for future economic policies, have you been paying attention to what the most recent economic policies have done?
Any word on the props for CA?
It's looking like California is going to be anti-gay, along with several other states. Every gay marriage ban proposal is passing.

IIRC on all accounts.

I was apprehensive re: both candidates - especially w/ their economic plans of actions pertaining to health care reform and import/export tariffs/taxation. There are big gaping holes in each that still leave the word "deficit" floating around in the back of my head.

But I'll have my fingers crossed for the next four years.

But hey, it makes for an awesome rally (which I'm posting from, in Chicago =) )

Like I've stated before, my main concern is the redistribution of wealth. I will accept taxes, but universal health care/Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid/etc., are all things I am against.

This is what I don't get. Obama supports gay marriage (as do I), yet all these people who voted for Obama voted against gay marriage. WTF? :dunce:

This feeling of having faith in ones country and fellow citizens is amazing. It's been gone so long and now, tonight, it has come back.

The most important thing of all i think is not that McCain lost, but that Sarah Palin was kept form getting one step from the presidency. McCain scared me, but that woman scared the shit outta me.

Linkin or whatever mod is here.. that Nintendokid4 or whatever the fuck his SN is.. he needs to be banned ASAP.

OR gimme his address.

Dang, Obama headquarters in Cali has an ALIVE Daft Punk song remix, with some obama speeches sung out with a robotic voice over the beat...
Did I hear this right...Marijuana legal in Michigan?
Yep. You can blow some purple haze in a cop's face and he can't do jack about it.

I guess its only a matter of time before it spreads to other states. I don't smoke it, don't condone it, but everyone that wants to do it does it anyways, and keeps drug trafficking alive...maybe by legalizing it, they will eventually be looked at and treated like cigarettes by all.
