Pick up Quinn
In one league I have Roethlisberger and Anderson.
I had to put in huge blind bid waiver requests for Quinn and Leftwich. :\
Pick up Quinn
Quinn against the dEnver Broncos might seem like a good pick, but I don't like the Browns as a team. The Browns lead the NFL in drops, and they can't run the football. Also, he has not played in a lot of games. All the factors seem to indicate he is going to get crushed this weekend. I'm predicting 1 TD pass, 2 INT and 4 sacks (one pick and most of the sacks late will probably be late the game while trying to come from behind).
Damn, this wait until there is a good HDTV deal is killing me.
Why haven't you bought a VGA adapter yet?

I hope you only care about the HDTV for the size increase over a computer monitor. The HDTV you're gonna get a deal on isn't gonna have as high a resolution as any widescreen LCD monitor.

Before I got my HDTV, I was playing the 360 on a 17" CRT monitor. I played through Dead Rising TWICE on that thing, and never had a problem with any of the text.
Woohoo is gonna be sad he missed the dillaghostdoom talk...
Wha!?

They releasing an album!?

Shit got put on hold forever when Dilla died, Joe.
I just ordered those Kill Bill Blu Rays. Sweetness for $28.
The transfers on those movies is beautiful. Def. worth the munnies.

How much munnies do you have saved up for your TV, budgetbudge?
Pick up Quinn
In fact, someone already did. I had to pick up the new QB for san fran. It was him or Ferronte

Yeah, I guess that figures in a 2 QB league.

Gus Frerotte? Probably a better option than Shaun Hill.

One can hope -- I've just had sniper elite stuck in my head all morning...

Were you using a VGA adapter?

I was playing everything in HD cause of the VGA adapter.

Like I said before, the only reason he has for being excited of a Cheap HDTV is the increase in screen size...

I'm heading out to vote in a few. Got an e-mail that Dems vote on the 5th. Luckily I didn't waste my time driving over to the poll yesterday. I'd have been royally POed.

Hell nah, son! A week or so after my brother pawned my 27" tube for $20, I went to Walmart and bought that $50 13" tube the same night I got my 360.

I swear, if I could get back all of the stuff my brothers jacked for money, I'd have another 6-7k to my name.

Speaking of scars .. I have a vertical one over my right eye. I should cut myself under the eye as well so I look like a badass villain. :)

I could look like Kratos if he did nothing but drink beer, eat cheeseburgers, and play video games.
I should cut myself
Stop being emo.....

Perk up rogaine, we got the hottest First Lady coming in 76 days...

:bouncy::bouncy::bouncy::bouncy:

I dont know why, but seeing Jesse Jackson cry makes me smile....

....

Manthing, I'm using component cables for my 360 HDTV setup, do VGA cables really make that much of a difference?

Go get an HDMI arcade, fool.

I mean, winning hottest first lady is like winning a spelling bee in a special ed class. You're still not really a winner.
Go get an HDMI arcade, fool.
Nevers!

I dont have money to throw around! maybe on Black Friday.

The bar has been set low by previous First Ladies...

----------------------------------

No, not really joe. Does your HDTV do 1080p over component? If it does, then there's absolutely no reason to bother with VGA

Besides, now that I have an HDTV, the VGA is a bit more washed out color wise than HDMI.

I still use the VGA when I wanna watch something and play the 360 split-screen(stoopid TV only allowing VGA PiP :bomb:)

Yeah, I really do want the bigger screen. But if I don't find a good deal on a HDTV after BF, I will probably just get a VGA adapter.

I got $300 and my dad said he was willing to pitch in $100-$200.

I would be happy with something between 32"-37", and of course bigger is always nice, but I doubt I could get anything bigger in my price range.

Got GH:WT a second ago. Awesome.

Gonna try it out in a bit.

Can't wait to download Banjo Kazooie on XBLA. Only one more week.

Edit: Yeah, I want a 32" for sub $400 on BF. Hope I can find something.

Shouldn't you be in school whippersnapper? Or are you out for the day because of your knee?

I want a HDTV for my bedroom now too...

But unless there's some super-crazy BF HDTV deal, I don't think I'd go out for one...

I just wish Kmart would bring back those sweet ass 30% off Clearance sales they had all the time last year.

Local store has a 26" Olevia HDTV at $350-ish. If they did 30% off sale, I'd just get that one and avoid all the BF hassles..

Yeah, I had an appointment with my surgeon earlier and just stayed home.

My fucking GH:WT guitar has a broken up strum. Awesome. RMA time I guess.

fucking RedOctane and their shitty instruments.

Oh good, their fucking warranty site is down too.

Dude, you're more cursed than I am with these shitty guitars.
I RMAed 3 of my RB1 strats. Last time I buy one of their guitars.
My RB1 strat was bought broken. It came back from warranty worse. At this point, it's just a piece of shit collecting dust. :\

My Les Paul has some sort of infectious disease where the neck is loose so the contacts don't form a good circuit and my buttons will randomly stop functioning. I was hoping the new GH:WT controllers fixed that with what looked to be a usb style connection between the neck and base, rather than the pins/plates approach, but this sounds like it's a bad omen.

Has anyone had this happen before, I have an item shipped from a store by usps. It got accepted at a usps place about 40 miles away nearly 2 weeks ago, and hasn't moved since. Their tracking/delivery confirmation shows that it was accepted but has not yet been delivered.

Ya, I had:
- 1 that the strum broke
- 1 that the buttons stuck
- 1 that the overdrive didn't work on

The GH:WT guitars are stiff as fuck.

Once it locks in, shit ain't moving unless you unlock it.

I don't get why people are so eager to get the new bundles/instruments knowing that theres a 75% chance you'll be sitting on a piece of crap for a few extra weeks.

If it was a small item, you could be fucked.
I had a dvd ordered from BB once that stopped in NJ for about 4 weeks. I think it fell behind something and nobody noticed it. It showed up the day I could've gotten BB to send out another... and it was beat to shit, looking like the stereotypical "fragile means stomp on it until it's crunchy" package. Ruined the DVD case and shit... arrrrgh.
