Man.. you guys weren't kidding when you said The Boondocks was a hoot!

Oh boy!
Are you being serious?
Zewnigga, where's that scan from? That is, where would I get a legit BB coup for 5 for $25?

Guitar Hero 80s, and Metal Slug Anthology are most definitely calling my name. I'm sure I can find a few more games to round out the deal.
Some dude made a topic here. It works, but I think it's not supposed to be a real coupon.
I like shirts designs that consume the entire canvas of the shirt.
Same.

Anyways, just got back from one BB (I'll go to the others tomorrow), they didn't have much so I just grabbed the most expensive games I could find. Ended up with:

Ninja Gaiden Sigma
Oblivion (PS3)
Marvel Ultimate Alliance (360)
Dead or Alive 4
Sonic and the Secret Rings
Death Note on CN? Surely you jest?
No, I don't jest, I just saw a commercial for it now and that's awesome.

Unless you're being sarcastic.

Wow, fuck you.

:D

I had never seen the show. Cartoons aren't my thing.
I've never seen the empire strikes back and it started 20 minutes ago, should I keep watching? did I miss anything good?
WWAAAA!!!

Thats what my friends say when I tell them I have never seen the first Star Wars......or the 3rd which apparently is the 4th and 6th one???? Nor did I even try to see any of the new ones 1-3.

I dont know. fuck Star Wars. I kept trying to watch them but they seem so boring. Kinda like a live action Dragon Ball Z. In the sense that there is 40 min of boring nothing going on....then 15 min of action.....repeat.

134 dollar coupon?!?!?!?! :hot:

By the way I just got back from seeing Kingdom with Jamie Foxx. It was actually pretty good. 7.5/10
Hmm. So at least up until season for its worth it?

I dont know why but I never got into them during the 90's when they were really popular. But a lot of people still make jokes about them and I heard they are still pretty good even compared to the shows out now.

I guess I will.
The earlier seasons are better namely because of the episodes being more individual/stand alone storylines instead of the convolted/confusing conspiracy that you swear they were writing on the fly most of the time - and even then they were doing a bad job at consistancy (and god how many fucking times do we need to have an episode with Mulder once again trying to find his long lost sister... that got old after awhile).

Rent the first few discs of season 1 off of Netflix... or at least find a cheap copy used. For its time the production values are pretty good for TV as well. Of course compared to today's higher budget stuff like "Heroes" and "Smallville" suddenly "The X-Files" looks a little behind. But its storytelling during its early years is still pretty good most of the time. Enjoy.

'Hey Saturday Sun' by Boards of Canada is such a nice song, even though I prefer Music Has the Right to Children over The Campfire Headphase.
If he sells it to you cheap, sell it to me cheap after you beat it.
If he sells it to me cheap, I'll sell it to you the same price... after I beat it.
Hey Zew, would you sell me NGS for cheap?
I totally would have, but I was opening up the games to check the discs and fucking NGS wasn't in there.

So, I drove back over there, dude couldn't find the disc so he just gave me a game of the same value (The Darkness). :bomb:

I had an epiphany on my way home, that will make this coupon even more rape to BB.

I'm going to trade in one of the games that has a $27 value to Gamerush (probably The Darkness) and use the credit to buy 5 more games.

So sweet.

Damn... these niggas ARE OUT OF CONTROL. I don't think I've ever seen anything more ghetto. ^__^

Good luck with that, I did more or less the same thing with a slightly different trade in exploit like 3 years ago at Gamerush and ended up with like $300-$400 worth of stuff over two or three months that was straight profit. They somehow figured it out and banned my account even though I spread the action across like 7 stores. Not being one for confrontations, I just never came back after I suspected they had caught on so it was pretty gravy.

Even with goofing around Portal only took a little more than 3 hours. I felt really good about clearing it in one sitting without having to go for a hint or a strategy guide though.

Anyone have a definitive explanation of how it fits with the rest of the HL universe?

I think some girl in the Taco Bell drive-thru was hitting on me. Sadly, I had no idea what she was saying / joking around about until minutes after I left.

I went into auto-pilot, as I had no idea what was going on, so I faked my way though it all.

I'm posting this because I find it funny what she was talking / laughing about: She was talking about her fear of semis falling from highway overpasses onto her car. This sparked from my "DEATH FROM ABOVE 1979" sticker on my driver's side door.

In the moment, I hadn't a clue what the fuck she was talking about.

Taco Bell + Death From Above 1979 sticker = Win.

When I worked at Tower Records, the classical music guy, this old guy, did the voice of one of the characters in one of those UT games.

Holy crap at that BB coupon.

I was too busy watching Robocop and then Conan to notice it online.
Shit, hope they don't fix that crap overnight.

I'll run and do this in the morning before work.
Then on lunch.
Then when I go home.

Are pre-played Ballbuster games in nice condition? Do they have stickers on the discs and shit?

I didn't know Threadless was running a sale on hooded sweatshirts.
Are pre-played Ballbuster games in nice condition? Do they have stickers on the discs and shit?
No stickers on mine, they seem just dandy (complete and everything).

Just printed out a nice sized one. Looks ok.

Wonder if I should just give them the whole sheet of paper, or cut it out.
We'll see.

Good night.
That coupon is tiny Zew.
Did you blow it up before printing?

It's like 1.25in x 1in currently.
No, I just kept it tiny and it worked.

Does anyone have any real proof that this coupon was modified? I scanned both threads here, and the dvdtalk thread, and I've yet to see this so called "original Kanasas only" coupon. It seems a lot of people are bitching with no proof it's fradulent.

I'm a little weary on using it now...

Retail fraud is scurry.

That's sort of what I'm worried about. Makes me wish I paid in cash.

Think I'll at least hang onto these games until I find out what's happening. Worst case, I'll return them.

I'd just hold on to them.

It's not confirmed that it's fraudulent, though. Right?
It's not confirmed that it's fraudulent, though. Right?
Nope, just conjecture. Also, that thread is fucking funny as all hell. Way too many people with their panties in a bunch

TFN, who is that by?
I'd just hold on to them.

People are saying it's "Kansas Only" and an edited coupon, but I scourered dvdtalk thread, adn both threads here, and not a single person has a scan of the copon before it was supposedly modified. I asked the BB guy working, and he said it was a valid coupon (before I even got any games), and it scanned in just fine for a friend and I. If it's not valid, it's a big fuck up on BB's part for making it work, but I think I'd return them anyways, I don't need that looming over my head.

If it just dies though, I got a pretty good deal.

Retail fraud is scurry, son.

I've tried to pull off some real whoppers, a couple of times. It'd get to the point where I considered running out of the store, but luck was (somehow) on my side.

Nigga, you never gave me any sort of list of what to be on the lookout for.

I'm going in the morning when I wake up.

I've posted about this before, but I did a switcharoo with my used PSP (that had two dead pixels).

My friend recently bought a new PSP, and I used his receipt to exchange my used one.

I forgot about the serial number bullshit, and all was going well until one of the broads at the service desk suggest, "Should we write the serial number down?"

I contemplated grabbing my PSP and running out, but thankfully she said, "Naaaaah."

That was fraud over $100, or whatever.

If I got caught, I would have just lied and said I grabbed my imaginary brother's PSP. But, still...

And, TFN: I know you didn't just steal my jokes and try to use them on me.

This Gotchaforce person is kind of annoying. It's all fine and dandy to be the voice of protest, but when your main point is "I KNOW MORE ABOUT PHOTOSHOPS THAN YOU", it's kind of useless.
And, TFN: I know you didn't just steal my jokes and try to use them on me.
I did, and it worked.

Perfect comparison. Why wouldn't I use it?
