Doom 3: CE new for 9.99 and other EB Games deals starting Jan. 13th

Hey guys, long time visitor first time poster. I'm an assistant manager at EB Games locally and I saw our "Winter Sale" flyer that starts on January 13th. Most of it is mail in rebate stuff, such as Infected for 19.99 after m.i.r. and Quake 4 for 360 at 50$ after m.i.r., but the best thing I saw was Doom 3 and Doom 3: CE for $9.99 new, no rebate necessary. I'll probably be picking one up as a keepsake.

No problem, I'll pick one up tommorow at work and post the whole thing. I know that Tony Hawk American Wasteland and Gun for 360 also had the 10$ mail in rebate. There was a 10$ off rebate on Sonic Rush for DS, which since it got price dropped would only be $19.99. Extra 10$ trade in credit on PS2, Xbox, and DS systems. That's all I can remember right now, I'll be sure to post the rest tommorow evening.

I was tempted to get Doom 3 (regular edition) during the $9.98 TRU clearance but I decided to pass, but the Doom 3 CE for $9.99 is just too good to miss.
 
I am waiting for a deal on Doom:Resurrection of Evil

Still, all those people who dont have Doom 3 for the Xbox- this is a great deal.

Was wondering the same. I saw Doom 3 PC on sale online at EB for $9.99, was waiting for the expansion to go on sale as well, but thats a great price for either version. I plan on picking up a CE if possible.
 
Man, Doom 3 CE for 9.99. After all of that waiting and passing on the regular edition I can finally pick this up. Hope this works out, thanks op.
 
Dope, thanks for the post OP. Looks like I'll be returning the Doom III I got at TRU and getting the CE at EB. Also, can you try to post the flyer too? Thanks in advance.
 
Thanks for the heads up OP, but it's such a tease, the 13th is so far away. :razz: Any other CAG's know of this sale and what else is good?

Dang. I just bought the normal Doom 3 at TRU the other day. How much trade in credit can I get for the normal edition at EBgames? Thanks for the help.

I snagged Doom 3 PC for $10 during the '04 Black Friday sale, and then picked up the expansion from Target a few months back for the same price. I would imagine if your local Target still had any they'd be that price or cheaper - but at this point, that's a very big "if".
 
Thnx, i'll pick up Doom 3 CE i'm a sucker for the special cases they just look cool. The game is pretty fun as well and I never did finish it yet.
