Yeah drinking and driving is a bad idea. I've been guilty of driving a little tipsy once or twice, but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed my friend being decapitated.

This is by far one of the oddest things I have ever heard of, the fact that the head was at the crash scene makes it even odder, very very strange
 
they say they dont know why the passenger Brohm was leaning his head out the window, but its fucking obvioues he was throwin up chunks. So really it was his own fault for getting his head cut off, and the alchohol's.

After weeks of watching World's Wildest Police Videos and seeing what drunk drivers have the potential to do, this is still sad to see.
