I wish that would happen but its not LOL. The shield was cool. I could just imagine a really good 300 type game for that demo. Smack some guys with the shield and stuff.

Does Gran Turismo even matter anymore? I mean, Forza 1, 2, and 3 will all have come out in between GT4 and 5, and F3 will probably be a much better game, just as F1 and F2 shit all over GT.

And it was a fucking teaser. GT4 came out in like 2004, right? And GT5 won't see the light of day until next year, will it? 6 fucking years to deliver something that won't even be the best racer available.

NASCAR? Is that why EA isn't doing a game this year?

I mean, not like that franchise was a barnburner, though. Good to hear GT5 is on the way for you Sony peeps.
 
Wow...GT5 looks unbelievable. As subpar as the PS3 has been up to this point in its life, it's stuff like this that makes me believe it's easily going to outlast the Wii and 360. The question will be whether Sony stands firm on that 10 year committment when Microsoft rolls out their next powerhouse.
 
For as much hype as people put into this game I don't really think it look all that much better than 1 or 2. I really want to like this game but....
 
Here's the question, though: Will the AI in GT5 still suck ass, and will the damage be as big a deal as it is in Forza?

Also, GoW3 looks like GoW2 with upgraded graphics.

Can't agree there. The way MS keeps refreshing and adding to its console, it seems like it only came out a couple of years ago. The launch-day 360 and the upcoming revisions version of the 360 are like night and day.

I would guess both would be around for quite a while.
 
Ehh...I don't know about GoW3. It really doesn't look that impressive graphically. Honestly, I think Assassin's Creed 2 looked better. It still looks fun, but not really showcasing the system's power the way GT5 looks to.
 
GoW 1/2 w/better graphics isn't a bad thing.
