Looks like I'm getting the eyetoy! Some girl was talking about it in my Calc class and it sounded pretty funny and fun. Also, little kids at Wal-Mart that play it look funny...especially when they hit people.

It's definitely Pandora Tomorrow. I know, weird. But oh well, someone decided to do it, so it happened.

The Eye Toy is the original one, the one that comes with a bunch of different mini-games, not the Groove version. And yes, it does come with the camera.

By the way the Splinter cell is Pandora Tomorrow Splinter cell XBOX. I will be there when they open sunday.
$5 for Pandora Tomorrow preowned? You gotta be kidding me...
I'm guessing he was asking a question but I'm not exactly sure. Anyways, it's the original SC, I'm sure. I may get the original since I just traded mine in about a weeks ago for $10. Just have to find one in good condition. :)
I'm pretty sure its PT, I will check with my source tomorrow. Yeah, I was supprised too.
on what I read it does say Pandora Tomorrow for $5.00, but its a typo and EB will prob fix it before they hand out the flyers (or pull them out). It was meant to be the regular splinter cell for 5 bucks, so unless you see the flyer in the store or in your newspaper saying 5 bucks there is going to be a small chance of you getting PT for 5 dollars.
I checked with my source at EB and he said it was indeed PT, I doubt that its a typo, they already prited the hanging signs. So if you don't pick one up im sure that other Anihiem CAGs will take advantage of the offer. Regardless I will go in to get Call of Duty

I thought PT was an error....... I think it's the original Splinter Cell that's 5 bucks. Makes sense.

The original Splinter Cell for $5 is still a deal. PT for $5 is flat out crazy. Already have SC PT, but would pick up a few copies to give to friends. If it's true, then that's great, but if it's not, oh well.

I may want to trade in some games for credit. How does the store credit work, do they give you a card? And does it have an expiration date? Can it be used on ebgames.com?

You can use a gift card on ebgames.com but it has to have a PIN number.

And Splinter Cell PT for $5?! If this is true then I imagine there will be a limit of 1 per customer or something.

Awesome! Thanks, tenzor! F-Zero GX will finally be mine.... I hope my local EBGames has it in stock (hopefully sealed, but I doubt that).

How accurate is that exclusions list? I mean, it doesn't even list things like the original Max Payne and Sega GT/JSR combo.

Primal and Hobbit aren't on the list as well and they are $5 new.

hey would it be possible? Trade in 2 games to get 30 store credit for THUG 2 then change your mind and pre-order or use the 30 on something else.

you read the flyer? or you just gonna sit there assuming?

if you have the flyer can you please scan it or take a picture

I asked this around a day or two ago. Bad thing is the Game will be there. Game ships on the 4th. My question now becomes what if i go in there trade in 2 games, get the GBA version for 30 then say the next day take the game back. Do i get 30 back or what ... Might say no returns

PT was $44.99 used in the score when I saw it today, I really, really doubt that they'll be selling it for only $5. I'll drive out to EB to check then, but it has to be the original.

THat trade in 5 games get extra 25 is that Right then or mail in voucher

Nicey! I wanted to pick up The Suffering for some good old Halloween gaming, I'll just wait for this weekend and get it for $10 cheaper! Thanks!

Thanks for alfonsosoriano for finding this Activision Giift Voucher Offer at EBgames.com. If you buy two select Activision Games you're eligable for a $15 voucher. Buy three activision games and you're eligable for a $20 voucher. This voucher can be used in stores.

This makes some grat extra deals because some of the sale games are eligable for this voucher. These are the sure fire deals...

Call of Duty for $10
Spiderman 2(PC, GBA) for $20

These two games are on sale. You could buy both and get a $15 voucher. Or buy Call of Duty for $10 and another listed activision game and get $15 back good at EB.

YMMV
They also have a special deal with voucher for Doom 3 and Spiderman 2.

DOOM 3 $39.99 after $5 instant savings & $10 EB gift mail in voucher
Spiderman 2 (all systems) $39.99 after $10 eb gift voucher

However it is questionable that you will be eligable for both vouchers since both may require an original receipt. We'll have to check vouchers that come with these games. I contacted EB and they said that if both vouchers require the original recipt you'll most likely only be able to receive one. However he did agree that 'Offer can be combined with other offers except the "Free Strategy Guide" offer.' We'll have to wait to see the vouchers that come with these two games. If you don't want to put a voucher at risk exclude these two games from the deal. If you want to give it a shot or mix and match, go for it.

This is really great for those who are getting Call of Duty anyway. Because you could get another game like X-Men Legends, Rome Total War, or the United Offensive Expansion and get an extra $15 gift voucher.

To receive the vouchers you must:
A) Cut UPC Symbols
B) Submit original receipt
C) Have all purchases on the SAME receipt.

They really kill you with all of that shit required to get the voucher IMO. I don't really want to cut UPC symbols or give out my receipt. They're smart for doing it though.

Yeah. The one where both purchases have to be on the same receipt is a killer. I've never heard of a company requitring that before. That makes you buy two activision titles at the same time.

Thats one thing I worry about. Having to cut the upc from the game. I really want psi ops, but don't want to mutilate my case.

I'm definately going to get Call of Duty. Might want to get Rome, thought I'm tempted to get United offensive. But I know that it'll probably be $10 after christmas. Also might want toog et Xmen Legends...

I''m going to spend a lot of money this sunday. Call of Duty, Fzero GP Maybe Mideival or Rise of Nations Gold but I can get them with $5 off At BB through the GGC. I'd like to get Psi Ops.

believe it or not its a mail in voucher, usually trade in deals are instant, but this one is a mail in.

I'll be there when they open to see if the Splintercell is Pandora Tomorrow. I really hope it will be cause I've wanted it for awhile.

Im pretty sure the its original, since the original is around that prised used anyway.

How you guys figure PT can even drop THAT low without it being a platinum hit is beyond me.

so you gotta pay $30 bucks for Psi-ops and the suffering and then wait for a voucher or do they take the savings at the reg ?

SC:pT will NOT be $4.99.
Do you work at EB, or is that speculation
I'm pretty sure Scorch works at an EB.

You know what is even weirder is that they are releasing a third game so quickly. You would figure they would give the second game a little bit more room to sell more copies

I dunno cause if PT does come out to be 5 bucks ill be on that like white on rice... just when I thought I wasn't ever going to say that...

tenzor or anybody else know whether MK Deception and Midway Treasures 2 have to be on the same receipt for the voucher and/or cut the UPCs? If thats the case I'm going to have to return my newly purchased Kollector's Edition. :(

I'm pretty sure all items have to be on the same receipt.

ARGH. The reason why I was so certain that it was Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow that was going to be $4.99 is because we got shelf talkers saying so. "Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow XBox $4.99", plain as plain could be. Opened up a box of flyers today, and what is on the front page but a picture of the FIRST Splinter Cell for Xbox priced at $4.99. So either the person who wrote the shelf talkers messed up, or the person who did the flyers. Unfortunately it was probably the person who did the shelf talkers.

EB has some sort of disclaimer on all of their handouts, I forget the exact wording, but it's something along the lines of, "If we typo, it's not our fault so we won't honor it." They put the wrong title down for deals all the time. You can look at your local EB during the 10th & 11th to see if the shelf talker is there and maybe the employees will honor it.

yeah it has to be on the same receipt, I don't know about the UPC thing though.
