I send a blu ray on ebay and i send it out. They claim i send a completely wrong item, which i know is impossible. Anyway to fight it?
^ That's a nice thought but recording yourself won't help with eBay or PayPal.I always record myself packing items and sealing them up because of thisA lot of buyers looking to rip sellers off.
I'm not sure how to fight it :\ Hopefully someone here will know. The two times it happened to me, I had to refund once and the 2nd time let the buyer return the item (It was just buyers remorse...)
https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/If he won't back down inform him that you're going to file a report with the postal inspector (you can actually do this online---I don't remember the website off the top of my head[for USPS shipments only]) as someone at USPS must have tampered with your package.
Thank you! And like I mentioned above don't make it sound like you're filing the report with the Postal Inspector because you think he (the buyer) is a piece of $hit but because someone at the postal service is---if he's smart he'll understand that this means he and his address will be on file with the USPS and if he's done it before it is likely he is already on their radar... In these instances it's amazing how many buyers just disappear or find the item
Never knew about this
^ Yeah I've used it before. Who knows what USPS does with the information but I'd have to imagine that if someone tried to pull scams like this frequently and if every time the seller filed a report after a handful of times he'd certainly be on their radar (and if by chance he was being honest then the person doing his route).Never knew about this
Cool
I'm saving this for later, hopefully I never need it, but just in case
