Click on my link and then on the right of the reviews there should be something that says "$5 bonus." Set up your email, download the bonus, and then mail it in with a copy of your online reciept and upc from the back of the game.

Oh and after you mail it in you have to write a short review, usually a few sentences.

Hey, Ackbar, are we sure that Pricegrabber will send the rebate if the game was under $5 to begin with? I've always wondered about that...

I'd recommend Seven Samurai, I got it for $15 from Gamefly back in January. Its a somewhat repetative if you don't like trying out all the moves, but I think its forgivable because its rather short in a good way. The fighting system is quite unique, but towards the end the game gets suddenly really hard and if you haven't learned to guard/counter perfectly its near impossible to win.

Storywise, its a great retelling of the classic Seven story, the voice acting is excellent as well. Its one of those games where you want to keep playing to advance the story, even if the hack and slashing is repetative at times. Its very linear and straightforward, not a bad thing if you have a big backlog. I'd say about 8-10 hours. For the story alone its worth checking out.

Man...I sure do wish Seven Samuari 20XX had the $5 rebate. I'd jump on it for $10.

It also says that photocopies of UPC symbols are not allowed, but some posters have reported that they do in fact accept them. Personally, I haven't received any of the Price Grabber rebates I've submitted, but I've only been waiting a few weeks at this point.

One of the FAQ's contradicts that but Photocopies are accepted. I've sent nothing but photocopies.

When I 1st checked 94 copies were in stock afew minutes later 90 then I ordered my and now it gone lol

That was only 5-10 minutes ago I can't help but think that someone must have hoarded 50+ copies for it to go from so many to OOS in about 100 minutes :(

Looks like Defender and Dr. Moto are both gone now also....they showed up for me when I searched but are OOS when you try to add them to your cart or go to their page
 
Ok unless someone bought 100 Dr. Mutos AND 100 Defenders AND 100 Kill Switch's, EB might have made a mistake in posting them too early.

ALL of them are gone.. 20 mins after posting. I've never seen hordes of rabid fans for Dr. Muto......
 
For the old cheap games that are in low demand, I'm guessing they sell a "quota" for the day at a cheap price then cut it off. Word spreads to us CAG salavating at Cheap Games to keep checking their site to see if games are lowered each day.

It's quite brilliant actually. I know I check the site twice a day during the week to see if anythiing dropped to the $5 to $10 area. They've got to like the extra traffic and hope someone buys a new release at full price or an accessory because of past experiences with them.

I wonder if EB tracks use of the CAG15 and SAVER codes used in combination with one used item and a load of new $5 and $10 game purchases. They might become warry of CAG when they realize none of us are actually buying the new full-price games and accessories.
 
Absolutely.. As someone mentioned before, it's a loss leader. But the draw of website traffic, advertising, and perhaps an additional purchase make clearing out these titles at $5 a possibility.

I think it's kind of raw that they would remove a quantity of 90 titles from the site so suddenly though....

No one in their right mind would spend $500 on 100 copies of Dr. Muto. :p
 
I got Morrowind and Kill.Switch for $5 each! I just did the killswitch pricegrabber rebate but I noticed that there's a morrowind rebate for the GOTY edition. Anyone know if it'll work for the regular one that EB is selling for $5? Admiral?

I don't think so because usualy (not always) they have the upc numbers on the pricegrabber rebate. Check next to the title and if the upc's match it should work.
 
It's back at $14.99 and Morrowind is back at $9.99. So glad I got in on these two yesterday and not to mention the pricegrabber rebate for killswitch. Though my order still shows "open" :whistle2:k Hopefully it ships today. Now I just want Rumble Roses and I'll be a happy camper this weekend.
