damn that was an awesome update.. especially for SNES. here's what i got:

yeah it was.. surprisingly i took a chance and added tetris attack along with it and still managed to check out without someone taking it from my cart. in fact i'm surprised a lot of the stuff i got was left for as long as it was. usually the update hawks are much faster with the trigger.

Nice work. Yeah, I'm happy with my haul; been looking for Star Ocean 2. Definitely a great update. Ys III was in for a while, too, but it was nabbed from my cart.

yeah i saw that. i tried getting it too but no dice. i think someone mentioned earlier that they got it so that's cool another CAG got it. I also missed out on Snowboard Kids 1 and 2 for N64 cause i urgently had to make a trip to the bathroom. :p

There were at least three in stock today, because I picked one up as well.

Picked up Zombies Ate My Neighbors and Cybernator for around $5.50 shipped. Not too bad.
 
WoW! That was a killer snes update. Which I missed all of... =(

Ahhh well, what can I do. Im always on the bus commuting to work when the damn update happens. If it was at 6am, or 8am, I'd be okay, but I'll never get in on it as long as it stays in 7am hour...

I'm in the same boat. Leave hone at 6:50, get to work at 8:30.

I still luck out occasionally though. :)

The update usually happens at 7:20AM.

Man ... and I thought I had somethng to bitch about with my commute. It takes me 50 minutes for me to get to work. Although for me the time issue is due to miles and for you guys its probably traffic.

This is gettin OT, but what the hell.

While it looks bad my commute is actually rather pleasant. I live in Central Jersey and work in NYC with the following commute:

6:50 - 7:00 - Leave home and drive to parking lot
7:00 - 7:15 - Park car and walk to train station
7:18 - 8:05 - Ride train into NY (reading, sleeping, gaming ensues)
8:10 - 8:30 - Walk 4 blocks across town to work

It's a pretty easy commute, and I barely drive at all (which is usually the part I hate the most about commuting). So while it's 1 hour and 40 minutes total, it feels much shorter.

Oh by the way... Buy this people:

It wasn't worth $50 but it's certainly worth $7.
 
i cook so i get two days off durring the week, so i get up early those days.. occasionally i'll have to go to work at 6 (Mountain time.. which is roughly 8AM EST) so i get ready while it updates but usually nothing good when i'm able to get any.. my commute is 3 minute drive from my house.

Yay! I just received my copies of Ape Escape and Fear Effect! I have been meaning to get those 2 games for about 2 years. :D They didn't come with the cases but they were in good condition. Hey, I'm not complaining, 2 good games for $6 shipped? :D
 
Alright, I'll ask here, more appropriate forum: Should I forego any guilt about robbing an EB employees stash of Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana for a total of $35 and just go buy them tomorrow? I passed on it on Friday when I picked up Mystic Quest, FF2, and Link to the Past, but I'm thinking now that I hear EB will no longer be taking trade ins of classic games, I'll never get them even close to that price on eBay.
