[End/Updated] Help!! Need logical advice on what to do(high school drama inside)

1) Heh, good idea, but we can't get into his locker, nor do we want to know whats in there. Besides, we need to stay away from as much drama as possible, and having drugs on me wouldn't help that.

Those who make the rules do whatever they damn well please. That's been my motto for a long time. Basically, it means that whatever rules are there are made to give an advantage to those who made them. Isn't it time your friend started playing by her own rules instead of the school's? If you don't want to take legal action (which I still think is the best route), then the drug planting and video cameras are good ideas (although definitely illegal... but hey, I live by my own rules :D )

I don't know anyone that would do anything to help. Some of the teachers even feel threatened by this guy, so they don't want him on their bad side.

So, no resorting to violence, no going to any kind of higher up, no telling her parents? Well the only possible advice that can be given, then, is "learn to like it." There's no way to resolve it given the limits you or she have set on the situation.

edit: and the worst thing about it is, it's only going to get more difficult as time goes on, because as nothing is being done and time goes on, should this eventually end up in court (like it should, since you're dealing with a sex offender trainee here,) this guy can have his lawyer defend him with "it had been going on for months, jury, with no complaints from the girl."

Would you tell your daughter or sister to learn to like having some asshole boy rubbing himself on her and harassing her all the time? I shouldn't say what we're gonna do, but I'll post it here after as soon as I can.

No, but then I'd expect my daughter or sister to not be pussy-footing around a situation as messed up as this, too. I mean, jeez, her parents have problems enough as it is? No, parents don't have problems that supercede shit like this happening to their kid, especially not a father. Unless they're dead or drugged out of their minds or something they're gonna get involved.
 
the planting drugs idea won't work. you can only get expelled for selling drugs. The only time i've seen someone expelled on their first penalty with the school was bringing a gun to school. i reccomend getting one of the teachers that you told to stand at a window / doorway and witness this guys crazy antics.

Well he's quite correct, if you don't want to tell someone and you refuse to confront them they what can you except to happen? Well if all else fails blackmail him or the next time he touches her have her scream rape, problem solved. :D

Well, I hope your daughter or sister has a lot of big friends, becuase my friend doesn't. And her father is a problem of its own, so he might as well be dead.
 
If I was you, I'd ask her if she's ok with this guy going on with this. Because if she can put up with it for the rest of school that's one thing, but this kind of anti-social behavior doesn't just go away. Unchecked this guy is going to go on doing this kind of shit and probably escalate to even worse. Ask her if she's alright with all his future victims, too, when she could have put a damper on him at this point.
 
why don't you get some other adult who cares about her to talk to the police? An aunt, grandparents, your parents, family friends?

It wasn't as bad until the first time we told on him, then he got worse. He's pretty much on the same level since then, but narking him out again would make it worse. We're going to have to fight fire with fire, and plan to do so tomorrow.

Because the school cops are a joke. If something happens on school, they take care of it, and you go by their punishment. For example, if you go into a fight at school, you would just get suspended. If you got in a fight downtown, you'd have to go to jail, and court, and pay fines and everything.
 
Well I've had female friends in this situation and normally what works best is like you said to fight fire with fire. Either embarass or blackmail him, otherwise this stupid behavior will continue. Man I am so glad I'm not in highschool afterwards it seems like all the really dumb people either finally mature or just dissapear.
 
This guy's friends sound like even bigger assholes to be letting this happen and laugh about it. Are their any gay boys in your school? If so, ask them, or pay them, to rub up against him. That would freak him out a little. But I guess it would help if the gay person was big and muscular.

Sounds like you live in a crappy area if they're not taking this as serious as they should be.

I say to set up a conference with your counselor or principal, and tell them the boy is continuing to harass her. Sexual harassment was treated to the highest of the rules in my HS.

If your idiot teachers won't do anything, than try talking to your parents. If for some reason they would like their daughter to be harassed (some parents DO suck), then you might want to turn to the police.

I don't know ... that's really the only picture of her I like. :lol: The otter and Jenna sig are staying until I get back at the very least, so you'll still have 3 weeks to enjoy them, as long as you don't mind looking at 3 week old posts. ;)
