1). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit www.us.playstation.com between March 14th, 2006 and March 24th, 2006. Complete the entry form and submit it. To be valid, entries must be received no later than 11:59 PM (PST), March 24, 2006. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant violating these rules. Limit one entry per person and e-mail address. Subsequent entries will be disqualified. All entries will be considered made by the authorized account holder of the email address. Sony Computer Entertainment America (the “Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit an entrants ability to participate in the contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is cancelled for any reason, winner will be selected from among all valid entries received prior to cancellation and all prizes will be awarded. Entries not satisfying these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified.
2) ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States, excluding Florida and New York, who are 13 years of age or older. Employees, directors and their immediate families or members of the following households: Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and other prize sponsors and participants, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, advertising, production, promotion and publicity agencies, and anyone connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.
3) PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE, AND ODDS (as of March 9, 2006):
Ten (10) Prize Winners will each receive a PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system autographed by DJ AM and Pete Tong (a.r.v. $250), three (3) PSP videogames (selection at Sponsor’s discretion and based on availability at the time of prize fulfillment) (a.r.v. $120) and a PlayStation DualPlay prize pack that includes a Beatport download card worth 5 free downloads at beatport.com (a.r.v. $50). Total approximate retail value of each Prize, $420).
All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or exchanges or cash equivalents will be allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value and approximately similar features for any prize mentioned in these rules due to unavailability.
*Odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.
4) WINNER SELECTION: Winners shall be selected by a single random drawing from all valid entries received by Sponsor. Drawing will be held on or about March 27, 2006. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant from the Sweepstakes if, in Sponsor’s sole judgment, entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Winners will be notified by email or telephone after March 29, 2006. Prizewinners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Publicity and Liability Release within 15 days of receipt. Failure to return Affidavit within 15 days of receipt will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner will be selected among all remaining eligible entries. By acceptance of prize, winners agree that Sony Computer Entertainment America Inc., and their affiliate companies, subsidiaries, parent companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for and will be held harmless against any injuries, losses and damages of any kind alleged to or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.Sweepstakes void in whole or in part where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. All federal, state and local regulations apply.
