They're reputable, but it's not a OMFG CC has $5 clearance games type of a deal. Perhaps decent for some games.
 
Um....tell me I'm not the only one who knows that EStarland sells IMPORT games too...

Buy 1 get 1 50% on IMPORT games is pretty deserving of an OMFG if you ask me (well, if I didn't live in Japan anyways! haha).

its omfg because no one has ever seen an estarland code. they are an awesome company with superior used products and fantastic customer service. lots of cags spend a good deal of money there so this is an awesome deal for them.

edit--and it does in fact work for hardware but as i mentioned in the first post its only ps2 and xbox, no psp or gamecube

It may be OMFG!!!!! (at least to you), though actually making a title that shows what the deal is makes things a lot easier for everyone.

I was just about to post this deal, guess I'm pretty late to the party, heh.

Not all that good, but at least you can take confort in the fact that estarland still takes in trades for old systems, and that their used selection is almost always in better shape than what can be found in EB/GS/GC/GR.

I don't know what the title was before, but this deal sounds just like the Ebgames sale everybody waits for everynow and then. Except that the games that come from estarland have not been chewed on(or worse) when you get them. I wish the deal included PSP or DS games, but still a pretty decent deal.

It's no wonder a lot of new guys just quit posting every now and then, some people on here are just dicks.

They have superior used products because they give the best trade-in values. I traded in a few hundred dollars worth over the summer. Now that I want to actually use that credit I'm pretty unhappy with them. I ordered a 360 on 11/11 and the shipping time was listed as "usually ships in 5-7 days". I've contacted them and they tell me it's "backordered from Microsoft". It's been nearly a month, there are no supply problems with the 360 and they continue to list it as shipping in 5-7 days (which is a blatant lie that they're fully aware of).

well said. slamming people who make legitimate posts about deals is not a good way to get them to make more posts.
 
I'll definitely be taking advantage of the coupon. Starland's a great store, and their B&M store is fun to walk around in. A nice trip down memory lane.

I think it is always the systems they have trouble with. I had ordered a PSP from them & they put it on backorder instantly & took a week or 2 to ship. Then I just ordered a new PS2 recently, they told me they had no new slim PS2's (in stock eventhough the website said "usually ships in 3-5 days"). Who the fuck doesn't have a new PS2 in stock?? After calling them everyday for 2 weeks they finally offered me a used slim ps2 with a discount. So heads up to anyone buying a system plan on a possible delay.
 
I was looking at some prices this morning and I just checked again. Kingdom Hearts 2 went down 5 bucks since then. It's begging me to buy it.

Astonishingly, I just got the ship notice! I was going to start harassing them more, too. Of course, they shipped it ground when I paid for the next level up of shipping.
