Ever witnessed an OTT?

It's kind of weird how little story there is in the new Godfather game and how the story that is there is like an alternate history of what was in the movie.
Yes. When I called him, I offered him, like, $75 more than he was asking, I blew his Mexican mind.

Me: I'll give you $150 for your hard drive! (20 gig 360 HDD, by the way.)

Mexican: W-w-wha-- Why?

Me: Because I know that they're in-demand, and I know that there's a high chance that you'll sell it before I'm able to buy it! Will you accept my offer?

Mexican: Sure!

Me: Alright. Then it's a deal!

Mexican: Ok!

Me: Alright. So, if I have this transaction correct, you're going to pay me $150 to take your 20 gig hard drive off of your hands. Correct?

Mexican: Wh-what..? Nh-nh-nh-nh-no... I was selling this for $80.

Me: Oh! I get confused sometimes! I have to discuss this with my attorney. I'll call back later.

Mexican: Ok.

In the first truly shocking box office result of the year, Fast & Furious sped away from expectations to gross a humongous $72.5 mil, according to early estimates from Media by Numbers. That result is effectively double what most industry observers had predicted for the debut of the fourth feature in Vin Diesel's car franchise, and it left in the dust a number of notable records: * Best April opening ever, beating Anger Management's $42.2 mil
* Best Universal Pictures opening ever (three-day), beating The Lost World: Jurassic Park's $72.1 mil
* Best F&F franchise opening ever, beating 2 Fast 2 Furious' $50.5 mil
* Best opening yet in 2009, easily beating the bows of the more-buzzed-about Monsters vs. Aliens ($59.3 mil) and Watchmen ($55.2 mil)
* Best opening ever for stars Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster, as well as for director Justin Lin
Oh, and let's not forget that it was the best opening ever for a car-themed movie! (Beating Cars' $60.1 mil.) This outcome is impressive, indeed, something that has caught Hollywood by surprise and has the potential to really change things up -- like when summer-esque blockbusters are released (rarely does one open so early in the year) and like, you know, what everyone thinks of Vin Diesel. The film did it all on the strength of a solid A- CinemaScore review from an audience that was 57 percent male and 59 percent over age 25. Like the jaw-dropping early-year debuts of The Passion of the Christ and 300 before it, this is a history-making premiere that you may well be hearing about for a long time to come.

Ahhhh yeah!

Terminator Salvation is gonna be rated pg-13....

:wall:

Hey LP, you know F&F did better in its opening weekend than the entire run in theaters for Tokyo Drift?

Boo! Another summer movie I was expecting shatters my hopes :whistle2:(

 Nice! Tokyo Drift shouldn't even have the FF name to it. I don't consider that trash part of the series.
Is there some deal or something?
Nah, Makler was angling for a cheap copy so he was telling Manthing to send his copy for free.

I actually just finished the game and was going to list it on half/eBay, but figured I'd give a shot to people in the OTT who might want it, since finding it at a decent price seems to be an irregular occurrence.

So i'm looking for a job on craigslist and come across this listing that pays only 9.00 an hour. Shit pay for supporting 500 desktop PCs.

One of the responders said:

"would like to hire a technician and treat them as illegal mexican labor by paying them nothing to do the job" ...
Hanna Montana.

Why?

because it sells?
So why do you have to play it?
Why?
He didn't want to create a gamertag for his daughter just yet?
Quality control.
This too. Need to make sure it's appropriate for his kid. ;)
So why do you have to play it?
i always check to see if it works.

Also I play pretty much anything I can get my hands on for 360? Why? I don't know, I just like seeing if there's anything good in all the crap. Like that Ski-Doo game I just mentioned. Its a lot of fun, so I don't limit myself to certain titles, I play anything on 360. Now is that Hanna Montana game complete crap? Yea. Will I play it again? Probably not, but at least I tested it and can sell it. Hell I've got tons of games on my gamercard that I only tried once.
Anyway, its not a big deal to me really.

He wants his daughter to get the achievement points on his account. ;)

QCing is done on the computer, st0neface. :0)
even though they pass everything on the computer it doesnt mean that it always works.

Well I got rid of most of my shit on Craigslist and to my buddies, mostly just DVDs/boxsets, PsxPs2Rpgs/rare games, Stacks of Snes games, Comics/GN's/TPB's, a few music items, maybe a few iPods if i don't take them with me, etc. Working on a list right now.
I want to use my BBV giftcard this weekend incase they go under soon.

Riddick or Godfather II...any suggestions?
Riddick.
Better than Riddick though?
Definitely.
Riddick.
See? Now you know Godfather is the better game.

Godfather II. Riddick is fun, but gets boring after a while. I escaped the Athena and thought, wow, what a short game...and then I crash land somewhere and I'm doing the same shit over again. I have yet to fully check out the MP though...it felt a lot like UT3 so you might like that.
What crap are you selling, getmeoutofjoliet?

EDIT: they always work, wolve11. :)
not for me they dont. I've had a few people come to me with "the game froze in the character select screen" etc.
Anyway try that Ski-Doo game if you like Pure
Riddick kind of still looks like a port of a high end Xbox 1 game, seanr1221.
My main problem with Riddick is I feel like it's going to drop in price quickly.
People are saying you can beat Godfather II in 10 hours and there is nothing to do once you beat the game D:
It has multilayer...I have yet to try it though.

The same goes for Riddick, Sean. Pretty much every game coming out is super short minus RPGs and SRPGs.

EDIT: So people won't see that I play nothing but Ubisoft shovelware, wolve11.

Guess which one of these two people will be working in the White House?
