I think it's kinda fun when people explain their crazy usernames and such; it's just interesting trivia imo :D

Ski Hawk-I write about hawks a lot in my stories; Ski is an intentional misspelling of "sky."

Name - JJSP comes from JJ Sings Poorly. Used to be JJ SmartPunk, but I'm no longer there.

Name: The DarkSage part comes from Yu-Gi-Oh! The Dark Sage is a pretty shitty card and it didn't serve much of a purpose in the show beyond an episode or two, but I thought the name was cool so I used it as the name for an account I made for my step-brothers. Well, they never used the account, and I still thought the name was still cool, so I took it and have used it ever since under various forms, Dark_Sage being the most common. The RK at the end is... well, the explanation for that is tl;dr. Basically, it's just something I use when I need to make my name unique.

For anyone who has seen the original Mummy movie, you'll know there is a character named Anck-su-namoon (and it's a female). My name is a corruption of that. My current avatar is obvious and my sig is one a friend made for me.

Avatar: Someone was commissioning artwork of their Guild Wars character, so I put together a piece for him and the head is taken from one of the figures in the piece.

Sig: Long ago, some dude used to make these "official cag" mushrooms for people. He's long gone now, but back then, I was inspired to make my own. I love guitarist Steve Vai, so I figured it was distinct enough to call myself the official Vai CAG.

Name - Kirin Lemon is the name of the first can of soda I bought during my first trip to Japan nine years ago. Back then, the can had a little drawing of a giraffe on the back, and he was saying in English, "I am Kirin Lemon!" I thought it was quirky.

Username: I needed a new username because the one I originally was using tended to be taken already on various sites. I asked my girlfriend to give me some interesting usernames to use, one being "yukine" who I believe is a member of a J-Rock band? It works since I'm usually the first to register it on a site.
Avatar: Proto Man, I took the achievement art for Mega Man 9, made it transparent and enlarged it.
Sig: All of the Robot Masters in Mega Man 9 (except Fake Man), made their backgrounds transparent and flipped them so they would face Proto Man... so it looks like they are about to battle...

Name: CheapyD gave it to me after I continued the fine work wubb was doing in infracting people with signatures that were too large. I reported users that had a sig that was too large. Does your sig have a picture larger than 50kb? If so, you are violating CAG's Terms and Agreements. Assuming wubb wasn't only targeting specific people, which surely a moderator wouldn't do, then you should expect an infraction.

I was offered the beta for xbox live for the original xbox. For the life of me I could not come up with a unique gamer tag. I didn't want Batman, because if you know me, I am a big Batman fan, so it was too obvious. Looked around the room and saw a copy of Devil May Cry and ta-dah, Dante Devil was born.

Name - PR = Power Rangers; Mega = Megazord; X = AOL wouldn't let me keep PR Mega for AIM when I canceled their service, so I added an X. Now I like that better. I also like to use the name 'Predator Ranger' for AIM, but it's too long for most forums.

Avatar - Power Rangers SPD (Space Patrol Delta) logo. I just think it looks cool.
 
My username comes from an early episode of Red vs. Blue, where they argued about what to call the Warthog. The darth was added because puma was already taken on IGN. Ironically, I don't like star wars. I found that to be hilarious in sixth grade, and it's just stuck with me for the past half decade.

Avatar is the Jittery Joe's elephant.

Signature is just yet another disturbing thing chuplayer has said.

Username- I used to play on a CS 1.6 team in CAL, and I was pretty bad at the time. So, since my name is rick, they thought calling me ricknub was hilarious. It kind of was, and seven years later, the name remains.

I used to use the name Hunter_Killer (a Fear Factory song), but then I stopped being 14.

Name: Not one hundred percent sure, other than "Crotch" being a replacement for "Crotchety", a name that I have used in places before.

Signature & Title: Used to be heavily Starcraft themed. Then for a while I had a bit of Johnny Cash and Robert Ingersoll going. Right now I'm... kinda on a set theme. I'll be rotating them on the fourth of every month until I go to work in May, at which point... I dunno. I'll probably just set them to "Be back in August" or something.

Signature: A statement that I like to remind myself of when I am buying anything. Gamer card for my 360 and PS3 since I like them each so much I decide to use both.

Anyway:
Username - Knight is my favorite character class for an RPG. "Mana" comes from many of my favorite RPGs (like Secret of Mana, Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana, Mana is mentioned in Tales of Symphonia, etc.). But I actually knew someone who had the AIM name "The Mana" something, which I really liked, so that's how I came up with The Mana Knight. Later on I removed "The", but someone else already stole the name ManaKnight on CAG a long time ago (but never posted). I sent the guy a PM once and we talked.

Avatar - I change it every single week. Normally I do games I'm anticipating, games I want, or games I really liked. Right now it's The Last Remnant, since it's a game I want to buy sometime. Normally I put up a sig/avatar to a game I want that comes out during the same week. I chose Rush since he's the main character.

Signature - I change it every week too, to match whatever game my avatar is. I'd go crazy if my sig/avatar didn't match (basically, if they were different games). I tend to stick to a lot of anime style RPGs for signatures most.

Name: When I was trying to think of an XBL name I was having trouble. I looked down at my GF stuffed penguin who we call Penguino and he "says" "mother fucker" with a Spanish accent so we combined it to PenguinoMF.

Avatar: Coheed and Cambria is my favorite band and that symbol is related to the story they have created.

Name: I was in a Quake III clan of the Dreamcast. The clan was *NK*, my name was Guile, therefore I was known as Guile*NK*. When the clan died, was no longer in *NK* but in an effort to be recognized while online in other ways by former members, I adopted the name GuilewasNK since I was in *NK*.

Avatar: Self-explanitory, but Guile is badass, SSFII HD remix is badass, so I made me a badass avatar from all that badassery including my username in an animated gif. I have only changed it twice since 2003 that I can recall.

Sig: I am a HUGE Star Trek fan and Capt. Sisko is one of my favorite characters with DS9 being my favorite show. I change my sig every so often though. Before this Sisko sig, I had a sig of Faith from Mirror's Edge.
