Facebreaker $9.99 (PS3, X360) at Best Buy to all RZ Members this week

I played it, got most of the achievements. It's better than the reviews would lead you to believe.

I paid $30 for it, felt like it was worth it. So at $9.99, a steal.

With "deals" like this, Best Buy must hate their RZ members. This game is definitely not worth even the $10, no offense to the OP.
Hmmm...the reviews sound horrid, but it's only $10.

Anyone actually play this?
There's a demo available. See for yourself (how much it sucks :D)

None taken. I've seen worse deals out there. I'll probably pick it up but I'm not expecting much.

While the price is nice, your time is surely too valuable to spend on this. There is a demo available to see this for yourself.
Potentially can be free with that 10 dollar rebate from Gillette?
WOW I almost forgot about that. I was thinking about getting a Fusion too... plus you can turn around and sell it back to Gamestop for probably just as much.
This require a coupon instore? or will scanning your reward zone card get the $20 off?
I believe that the price comes up when they scan your card. And if you don't have one, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to give you one.... And it's open to any RZ member.
Is this only available for silver RZ members or any RZ member?
All members, scroll down, it says so.

Hmm my girlfriend plays the demo of this frequently. Guess I'll buy it and surprise her, she was trying to get me to buy it for her when it was 40 and I was like hell no.

HAHA that's funny 'cuz my wife was the same way with "5th Grader" on XBL. She wanted it for Christmas but I refuse to pay 1200 MS points for it.
Does anyone know if you can use the rz gamers club coupon on this deal?

https://myrewardzone.bestbuy.com/offerDetails.jspx?offerCode=COUPON5
Last time they had a similar deal, it only accepted one promotion or the other, not both. The promotion I am talking about was when they had HSG Open Tee 2 for $19.99 with a $10 gift card. There was also a $5 off coupon for the game for RZ members and it only took the gift card offer or the $5 coupon, not both. It's worth a try though.

Haha I just read some reviews and posts... I completely forgot that I tried the demo, which wasn't very flattering.... I'm rethinking my purchase post..... I'll try the demo again in a little bit. :)

I really liked the demo and look forward to getting this cheap. I was really close to getting it at full price when it came out but i said fuck it and ill wait. Not much of a wait there for a cheap version of this.

Does anyone know if you need to have your card present for this deal?

Coupon should work because the date range is for now. $5 plus tax for a game no matter how bad is very tempting.
Edit: never mind, coupon says must be taken from original price.

Has anyone tried buying this? I just came from my local Best Buy, and two employees told me if was online then the sale is online only. Guy was a total d-bag about it as well. I asked if they had a reward zone promotion going on and he told me they don't have any specials right now.

I might try this in a few minutes. someone at slickdeals was successful in getting the game for $5 with coupon but he had to print the page showing the $20 off promotion and the cashier adjusted the price with the coupon. so you might be out of luck if you get some uninformed csr.

That clown has no idea what he is talking about.

Just go pickup the game, checkout, and when the cashier hits total, then the $20 will come off.
I just looked up some reviews and am beginning to question whether this game is even worth $5.
Download the demo and see for yourself

im willing to use 10 bucks off my gift card for this game if it at least has some playability to it... any CAGs actually play it?

You'd have to get someone to manually adjust the price downward by another $5, and that takes a key-turn/manager approval.

I've played the game when it first came out. Rental from GF when I got a free trial. It's not great by any means. Playing against the cpu can be really annoying as they counter everything. The online is alright, but nothing special and very repetative. I wouldn't say $10 is a bad deal, but not really a steal in my book.

I might bite on this for $10. The middling reviews I've seen take it at face value...like a spiritual successor to Ready2Rumble. It's funny, though, the 1UP review said to "look elsewhere for a deep, balanced Boxing game." Wow, no shit, 1UP? No wonder they're in trouble...their reviewers don't know a damn thing. What moron picks this game up expecting a boxing sim?

FWIW, I bought it last week at Blockbuster on clearance for $22 for my 7 year old son. It's not bad for an arcade-style boxing game. We've played it a bunch (all head to head - so I have no idea what the online or 1P is like) and I feel it's well worth what I paid. Having said that I still wish I would have waited a week :D.

Well I got this today and might go get another one to trade in somewhere.

I was looking at the link and it shows bluetooth headsets for cheap. Now how do I know what ones are included in the deal or is it all of them under $67?

Thanks for any info.

Also you can put your face on a character in the game and play with them. It makes it worth the price because of all the fucked up characters you could make.

Ten bucks is a steal for a game that came out not so long ago (with kimbo slice in the commericals before he got crapped on...MEMORIES) but I heard it was total dog****.
