Facebreaker $9.99 (PS3, X360) at Best Buy to all RZ Members this week

I got it guys!!! Thanks for telling me about this. The girl at the register had no clue about the promotion when I mentioned it. She was like uh uh, but I said lets try and see. Alas it did go through for $10, and all I gave them was my phone number. She told me I was the first customer ever to actually not be lying about a sale. Ouch.
Not that the average sane person would WANT two copies, but it seems to be limit one deal per ACCOUNT. I bought one for myself and got it fine for $9.99 just using my RZ account number. My cousin played it and wanted it for $10 too, so I went back two days later and it would NOT give me the deal. Another friend I was with used his account and it went through for $9.99, so it would appear the computer knows if you used the deal once already.

In a way I'm kind of glad it does that to prevent abuse, although there's tons of ways around it, it at least makes future deals harder to abuse for the average person.
Weird. I bought the game twice on two separate transactions without a problem.
With "deals" like this, Best Buy must hate their RZ members. This game is definitely not worth even the $10, no offense to the OP.
QFT

I joined the RZ club and so far I feel like they hate me.

You know, I always thought that pretty much any game is worth a try at $9.99. FaceBreaker just proved me wrong. A terrible, terrible, terrible game.

Did she ever call you :D

I think this game is OK at best, but what makes it pretty good is the boxer generator, and all the hilarious looking "celeb" boxers people are making and uploading.

Scored my copy at BB today. Also my wife scored me a Fusion Razor at the Commissary on post for $4.xx after a $4 off Coupon. So I'm getting a mediocre game and razor for around $5 after tax, envelope and stamp. Thanks OP.

I'll pass. Way to many other games to be playing right now. As always though, I appreciate this topic, op. I never check the reward zone site, so I never know about these deals until I see them here.

I was pretty skeptical but a had a $5 rz cert about to expire and picked it up and I must say I really enjoyed the game. It can be a bit frustrating, but not nearly as bad as the reviews. It reminded me of the old street fighter 2 days.
^^^That's what I did. and it jumped to 24.99
Correct. The Reward Zone deal is a special promotion and does not work in conjunction with any other offer. They have to scan the coupon before hitting the button (total/finish) that applies the special "package" discount. You also cannot purchase more than ONE COPY on the same receipt with this package.

Both the $5 coupon and the RZ offer both indicate they cannot be combined. I had a cashier who tried very hard to get it down to $5, but it wasn't happening. $10 for the game with a $10 rebate is still nice, even if the game is considered to be subpar.

Congrats to those who got stores to honor both the $10 and Coupon.

I passed on this game, even at $10, not sure why. Just have too large a backlog and it didn't really look all that interesting to me.
At 10 bucks, any game is worth it. Even Barbie's Horseride Adventures. Well, Maybe not that turd, but you get what I mean.
Actually, if I'm not mistaken, that's a rare game that sells for quite a bit on the secondary markets ;)

I actually picked this game up at the Best Buy in Gville and the cashier acted like I was lying shes like I never have heard of such a thing. She kept saying wheres the print out for it. Finally a manager came over and rang it up and had to also override my Guitar Hero for 39.99 bucks instead of 79.99

I bought one today. I didn't bother arguing about the coupon because the kid was cool. Used a $5 RZ cert and a GC to pay for the rest. I can't seem to find the clearance razors at WM/Target. I see a razor packaged with aftershave for 7.96, but nothing for $5 anywhere. The razor is basically $7 at CVS with EC card - $4 sunday paper coupon making it $3. Not a bad deal with the $10 MIR.

That sounds like a movie from the back of the West Coast Video store!

Darn, totally missed this sale. I am not going out tonight--store closes in an hour and I'm not going to bother. But I wish I had seen this earlier.

My loss.

Picked it up the other day, i haven't played it yet but i am not expectiing much but for 10 bucks what are you going to do!!

Is this deal dead? Can't seem to get it to work in last 15mins?

Just picked it up. (I'm a new gamer and figured I could use this as practice for handling the controller)
Didn't get the extra $5 off from the coupon, but I also didn't bat my eyelashes and give the "but I'm a girl" smile that usually gets me the addt'l discounts.

Not to sure if this is that relevant to the thread but it's another $10 game but last night I got the Simpsons (360) shelf tagged at $9.99 ;)
