Fanatical Thread

I didn't even get the Kidnapped game, despite following and retweeting Deceptive Games.

They didn't even respond to my tweet inquiring about the issue. They're really living up to their name, alright.

Something about Early Access games being bundled is generally unsettling. To me, it really feels like the odds of a good finished product being released just goes down the drain, if the game is already being bundled. Not counting something like Prison Architect, though.
Try messaging them directly. It took me many tries to get their attention.

Hour left, I'm tempted to pick up MKX on steam cause of the price but I heard the ps4 version online is better.

Can anyone tell me how good the online is for the Steam version?

No experience with MKX on Steam but the Injustice online was terrible. You could rarely find a game when the MP servers actually did work.

As a rule, it's easier to play these kinds of things on consoles if you're interested in MP.

Yeah it always seems like to play fighting games online it's usually always better on the consoles. PC's fighter multiplayer seem to die quickly.

Let us know how the e-sports athlete thing goes...
Once a year event for fun and charity.

I don't see anything wrong with that and having a fun time with some of the best players in my state.

List of games that will be played.

USFIV

Marvel 3
MKX

Skullgirls

Smash bros

I enjoy fighting game tournaments since it gives me a chance to hang out with some awesome people that just generally enjoy fighting games.
The charity thing is a great bonus to give back by playing the games you love.

Nothing wrong with that at all....unless you're going to dress up as Sub-Zero....you aren't are you?
Nah, Just wearing my staff shirt that is given out to everyone that is working.

I'm going to be helping with the other 3 games at the event.
Overall great fun for families and older arcade players that come out.

You seem like a cool person who lives an interesting life off the internet. So I hate you.

Normally, these types of games don't appeal to me, but as I checked Steam, I saw that I didn't own the first three and my interest grew. I proceeded to check the next five: This game is in your Steam library. The very last one is free to play and you're really just getting the basement-level booster pack.

So yeah, BundleStars.

At 1:35am my time when I was in bed and now Manacollect is gone. I swear sometimes Tremor is just for Europeans and American insomniacs, at least if you want the good stuff.
Pretty much this. Spoder usually messages me when they go up and sometimes my phone actually gets the message with the mobile app and it vibrates enough to wake me up. I miss out a lot though

I suppose I should get in the habit of checking it when the dogs wake me up in the middle of the night to go pee or take a dump.

Dammit. I missed ManaCollect as well. I was able to pick up the other one I needed (Midnight's Blessing) for the +1. I know they typically add new stuff and send you your keys between 12-3 AM PDT but I can't always be up to monitor that. There's no sleeping for the Tremorbroing lifestyle apparently.

It's a good thing someone texted Spoder last night then. ;)

I think I only have Crazy Machines 2 basegame or something from a Humble, so if you're like me and missed all the other times BundleStars had this bundled, now's a good time to grab it.

I guess I need to join the secret circle jerk of texting BFFFFFs who send each other messages at 3am while they are in bed to get the good stuff on Tremor.

Alright Tremorbros it's midnight and I'm going to bed. If something good gets posted be sure to text me. My # is 555-HOT-STUFF

The only bundle I imagine'll be added is InSUNity. Tremor still has a lot of crap from the last Crazy Machines bundle.

Edit: InSUNity got added as predicted and Kings & Knights got restocked. 1000 coins for the good stuff from InSUNity.

I own every last one of the games in that new bundle, as I suspect most everyone here does. But that's not what I wanted to say.

The other night I was looking for something to install and I randomly chose BattleGroup 2, which is featured in this bundle. It looked simple to play and the graphics seemed pretty nice. I must say that I have enjoyed it thus far.

It is, in fact, very simple and it is not dissimilar from the classic Missile Command. Your battle ships move from left to right and it is your job to keep them safe. You can buy upgrades and new ships, as well as endlessly repeat any previous level. I'd say it's fairly easy. It's a nice, mindless action game that looks nice. Give it a try if you're bored.

That is a surprisingly overpriced bundle considering everything in it has been repeated multiple times. Which means Tremor might overprice them as well, unfortunately. Missing BattleGroup 2, Imperial Glory and Praetorians, hoping they show up for 300 coins or less each.

I don't recommend anyone buy this unless you really want the Commandos series on Steam, $2 would have been a much more appropriate price.

Edit: Just checked Tremor and they still have copies of BattleGroup 2, Praetorians and all the Commandos games. They might skip this one.

Watch out for the Shopkeeper one. It will say you don't own it on Steam even if you actually do. You have to check that one in the actual Steam client. Same for Crazy Machines 1.5.

Whelp, that's 295 tremor coins down the drain.

I've taken to confirming that I don't own a game or DLC before claiming it (after accidentally selecting a game that I already own a few weeks back). But now I get burned again because the steam page lied to me? That blows.

Enough already with the CKII bundle trolling. Everyone knows that's a fraction of the DLC. I'm as tired of seeing this game "bundled" as I was of seeing Magicka last year.
