Favorite Game Magazine?

Game Informer. EGM is a pathetic shadow of it's former self, hell even the magazine is half the size now.
 
Gotta go with game informer, but I just recieved a free subscription to EGM too and that seems like a good mag also (a lot of interesting articles)

I wish EGM was half the size. It's more like 1/3 the size.

I've never read any Game Informer, and have a free sub to EGM thanks to CAG. So I'll have to go with EGM. Back in the day, I always like Game Players.
 
Game Informer. I also like PSM and a few others, but EGM is horrible. EGM's articles are never very informative and they have a really bad sense of humor. Hardcore Gamer is pretty bad too.
 
4 years ago EGM was the best, from then on it became my favorite but to be honest its a load of shit now, but I continue to read it.

GameInformer for me.

I like reading EGM, but I hate their reviews. They hardly explain anything about the game they are reviewing, you get no idea of how the game plays from reading their reviews or what the game is even about. The reviewer basically just says "I like/dislike this game because it's fun/boring". and you have that go off of.
 
In EGM...I always like reading the letters thet get sent...you know they are going to get burned in any way...they dont learn their lesson...
 
Hardcoregamer (I hate the layout, but the articles are great.)
Game Informer (Great looking mag.)
Play (Looks great but seems to have too many spelling errors.)
EGM (Would have been number one if they didn't change to all that 1up integration in the mag.)
 
EGM for me, also the only one I get. Haven't looked into a ton of them however. I don't think I'll get a platform specific mag again after both OXM and OPM weren't really all that good. (And Xbox Nation was just horrible.)

I also subscribe to EGM, PLAY, and NIN Power, but I like the other two mags way more than these.

I love the layout of PLAY, but they lose their minds when reviewing RPG's and Anime. They give everything anime an 8.5 or better.
 
Play - Love the format and added anime/japan items. The review content is ok, but the grades suck overall, they are way too lenient on almost all games, but I don't care about how magazines rank games that much, I prefer to read and decide for myself.

EGM/GI/etc. - No real favorites, I read em when I get the chance, but none of them have really elevated themselves like Play has IMO.
