you guys suck if you arent watching the Tekken stream....
basically an hour straight of aris commenting on women and then hitting on a tranny and not realizing it (no joke) halfway through.

That would indeed be Kayo.
lol
AE balance patch incoming!
I think Gen needs some nerfs. Motherer is overpowered.
Evo needs more trannys... at least Poison will be at next years Evo with SFxT
I know who won't be at next year's Evo.
You.
I probably won't be either.
also remember that no game ever plays like it intended
just look at 1st month sf4 c.viper vs modern c.viper
i'm sure sfxt won't play like how they're advertising
Dat Technology.
I saw Kayo playing blackjack here at the Rio.
what a dumb ass chick,
Rio is a crappy place to play anything at.
Should've offered her your eggroll.
Or at least see if she'd wonton in your soup.
Oh man, talk about ing awkward.
That's what s/he said.
At least offer up a reach around. It's good manners.
Spark was pretty awesome in BlazBlue. I don't think I've seen any better this Tournament so far, maybe besides Daigo in AE, but then again, it's Daigo. Spark just destroyed in the Grand Finals.
The little kid was in my pool! LOL. I didn't get to play him (
Went 2 and 2 in Marvel. Lost to a great Wolverine / Sent / Phoenix (aka team come on dude seriously?) and Zero / Spencer / Phoenix. I hate Zero, that little troll.
Does anyone know what the headphones are all about? Do they have the option to plug into the game sound so they can actually hear it in the crowd, or is the game really loud from those speakers up front or what?
Man, I hope they arent effectively playing with no game sound. Its a big part of the game for me in particular. I'm an audio person. More specfically, the announcer sez crossover! everytime you raw tag or call an assist, so you can react to the sound with invincible supers and you're going to hit something big.
I'm pretty sure he knew. He kept saying "Can you believe that?" when she left.
there was also some commentary with mr. naps later where they were asking whether the surprise ruined it or not
Damn that C Viper had one strategy and ran with it till the end... sad to see it end that way.
So that guy won Virtua Fighter tournaments and now wins SSFIV EVO? Pretty badass.
Yeah, gotta have dat Beats By Dre, son.
this is the only reason i don't like filipino champ
Damn that C Viper had one strategy and ran with it till the end... sad to see it end that way.

So when are you giving out the new number, I can send you so many pictures of po.. um games:lol:

I can give you my number but I also have skype which is free.. and I'm a jew.. I'm sure you can put two and two together.
I just read the results for evo. Apparently some guy named Food won the SF4AE tournament.... are there videos up online? Might buy a PS3 next time I get paid.
Do it Phrosty, I'll use Skype for chat, and just text for bs.
The real hype of evo 2011, Jim lost his man cherry.
My skype name be Dmitrybraun. Strange innit... how many names I have? My real name is Dmitry (pronounced Dee-meat-trie in Russian), the shortened version of it is Dima (dee-mah). Now I have a Jewish/Israeli name too... David (pronounced Dah-vid) in Hebrew.
3 different names with a million different pronunciations. Also I can do video chat on my phone over gtalk.
when i think about fighting games in the US, i think about how the community is largely responsible for its own success.
i like seeing it that way. that's how evo got as big it did.
levelup was just a bunch of guys who loved street fighter and learned how to stream from scratch. evo was just an ever expanding tournament that started in a small arcade. seth killian was originally a community guy, now he brings us news for all of capcom. markman was just a tekken guy who just liked joysticks. filthyrich was a guy i used to play tekken with, now he's community leader for bandainamco.
i think that's the amazing part, it's not something that was commercialized, it was something that the community built from scratch and is now reaping the benefits. the people responsible for producing it are largely the people who play the game. sponsors chase the players, not the other way around.
the stream was great to watch. commentary was on point and we got all the info we needed. i can legitimately say i enjoyed watching at home more than i did watching live at evo.
the only thing i wish i got to do was meet kayo police. =)
also, congrats to markman for winning the cannon award!
