Final Fantasy XIII Special Edition Xbox 360 Bundle $230 Shipped

That's a hell of a good deal. I wonder if the Splinter Cell Conviction bundle will drop some time?
How low can you go? I'm still waiting...
Thats what I'm thinking, if these hit $200 I may just have to bite.

Isn't this the same price they were selling it for last week too? If they really want to get rid of these things they're gonna keep lowering the price. Should start moving once it hits $180 or so.

Yep, yet somehow the Amazon bundle hit the FP instead w/ two games that you can get for less than $70.

Cheapy, I am disappoint.
still costs more than a slim when you get the wifi adapter...
Yeah but you get an extra controller and the game. Also wifi adapters can be found way cheaper then retail.
Yeah, but how much extra is the 3 year warranty (as opposed to the 1 year warranty for the Slim) worth?
The 3 year warranty only applies for RRODs and E74 errors. Anything else, such as DVD drive failures, HDD failures, controller failures, etc., is only a 1-year warranty.

So, it only has a 1 year warranty with 3 year of warranty for specific error conditions. Let's not confuse things.

What are you talking about? Are you referring to the 3 years they cover RROD and E74 related failures? There is no general 3 year warranty with the 360.

I'm a complete fool and thought he was talking about the PS3 Slim when I read that
Anyway it's silly to compare the prices of a PS3 to a 360. The PS3 has a Blu-ray player for instance with no comparable drive on the 360, then there's the free to play online vs paying on the 360, etc... so it's kind of a pointless comparison because one could make a large set of value comparisons to justify whichever console. The truth is, if someone is looking for a console, they have a good idea which one they want. If they don't care, then they're more than likely to go with the cheapest, and this is definitely one of the cheaper bundles available.

I think he meant Xbox 360 slim

Oh crap, I forgot about the new 360, and also the fact that it's alsp referred to as a "Slim" lmao. I was wondering why he brought up the PS3 slim. The built-in WiFi vs no WiFi used to be one argument for the PS3 vs 360 which also threw me off. Sorry!

I wish i knew about this before I bought the amazon version with bioshock 2 and ufc deal I would of saved 70 bucks.

Well yeah, but RRoD is the most common problem with 360's by far. Any of the other stuff failing is a lot less likely.
