Fire Emblem: Awakening @ NFM - $23.99 + Ship + Tax

Well I just logged into my account and my entire order has been canceled. No notice, no call, nothing. What a waste. Now the problem is NFM sitting on my money for several days before refunding. Won't be shopping there anymore.

1x Mario 3d land

Same thing happened to me, even though I called earlier and the support assured me that the games would ship on the 10th.

That's how my order looks like too. Haven't gotten any email from them since my confirmation email. I'm still hoping that it ships but I don't want to call and have them just cancel my order right there and then.
 
Where can you look up your order if you haven't made an account?

Same here. And no refund on my credit card yet. Will have to keep an eye on that.

Mine is the same way. Order (2) Fire Emblem, (1) Ocarina. Shipping date 4/11, ordered on 3/31. Total cost of $0.00. I checked 4 hours ago and it was still showing as $72ish.

if you paid by credit card you dont have to wait i dont think .. Call up your credit card company and tell them what happen and tell them you need the money back faster. i think they dispute the charge or something like that but your money is back on your credit card before you hang up the phone (at least it did for me when something like this happend with best buy)

would also file a complaint with the BBB against the company for doing crap like this
 
I don't need the money. My problem is that the company was so quick to fully process the charges. They'll now take their time in returning the funds to the affected purchasers.

It's a terrible business practice and ill definitely not be shopping a NFM again.

Ordered on 3/31. They charged me on 4/2. Estimate shipping date in email said 4/11.
I log in today and my order history is empty. Don't see anything.
No email or phone call.
Tried looking up the order number....nothing.

Yeah, I didn't make an account when I placed the order. I figured why make one if I'm never gonna order from them again. But my question is, are people having to call to find out if their order was cancelled now? Is NFM not even bothering to inform customers of a cancellation via email? I ask this because I haven't gotten a cancellation email yet and I have no way to check my order status besides calling them.

I didn't make an account either, I used the contact us link at the bottom of the page and got a response within 15 minutes via email.
 
I created an account, my order is completely erased, no email or call at all. Terrible business, and I let them know about it on their facebook page. Funny is if you read through other comments on their facebook page even prior to this deal, looks like they don't have a lot of happy customers. No harm done once I get my funds back, but like others have said, I won't shop there again.

At the time of posting my comment, I hadn't seen yours - it showed up after my comment was submitted. But thank you for that information. I just contacted them asking about the status of my order. Hopefully they'll reply just as quickly.

Also, just a note, I ordered 1 copy of Fire Emblem and 1 copy of Professor Layton. Charge was pending for a couple days then went through the other day.

No seriously. I'm sure this is just ineptitude by a company that didn't expect to sell a large volume of video games. But still, I'm a little concerned right now that the item isn't even CANCELLED properly.
 
Customer Rep emailed me back and said that they couldn't honor the order - basically the same thing that pikapoo mentioned before. Then I got another email from NFM stating that due to high demand, they had to cancel my order. Good thing I left my order in with Amazon... Even if it was full price.
 
Will never order from this place again. Had my order (1 Fire Emblem, 1 Zelda 3DS and ZOE) canceled as well.

Hm maybe I'm missing something but I still seem to have the order in my order history and the price has not been adjusted to $0. It still says shipping date 4/9/13... does that mean it will just be cancelled before then? Sounds like no one else's order is actually going through to completion...
 
Only Fire Emblem cannot be shipped, if you contact the customer service you can arrange for the other games in your order besides Fire Emblem to be shipped.

It took me two weeks to find this game in stock locally. I paid full price for it ($39.99) and I would have paid double and it would have still been worth it. THis is one of the best games to come out in a very long time. No way someone should pass up on this if it's in stock.
 
Finally got my money back today. Now I need to figure out how to delete my account from their site as I never plan on dealing with their online site again.
