Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Pokemon XD

I'm looking for Fire emblem POR and Pokemon XD and the only places that i can find them at sell them for $40 and $30, respectively. I was wondering if anyone found either of these games at a lower price somewhere.

I think it's even $15 new at EB/GS, $12.99 used.

XD is still up around $30 new/$25 used.

Yeah but I can't find Fire Emblem PoR at any of the usual B&M's. Nobody has it.
