Flash Cart for DS

Ok I plan to get a DS and would like a fash cart so I can play DS roms and gba roms (and maybe snes too). I hear Supercard and M3 Perfect are the most known, in fact one of my friends has a supercard.

So what is the best thing for me to get so I can play DS roms and such? Also what else may I need and how much and where can I get it?
