Thanks dOOd, I'm having sooo much fucking fun with this game! I actually want to make a pick featuring all my cars but I'm too lazy and rather spend my time playing FM2.

I've been dabbling in pixel art designs... Within Forza's editor it's a complicated process, but I'm getting a lot better at it. I'm hoping my designs will inspire others to try the same thing.

Here's my Double Dragon NES Mission 1 Car, a Subaru Impreza 22B STi. Billy, Jimmy, Williams, and Linda are all featured on the car. I'd say this took me about 14 hours total since I was learning as I went along.

The sprites are virtually exact recreations (90-120 layers each), while the background is slightly less detailed than the real thing in order to keep its layers down (503 at final count).
The life meter (57 layers) and Mission 1 text (152 layers) are spot-on too. The only place I really took liberties was the logo; the dragons are taken from the Sega Master System version's title screen. They're not made up of pixels as I had no layers to spare.

That is pretty cool. I've been uninterested in painting for the mostpart, but maybe I will end up doing some sprite designs.
 
just picked the game up, been playing it for the last 4 hours. great game, cant wait to use the ms wheel on it
 
when can we get a race night? i just got off playing and man.. these kids are something eles. going the wrong way and crashing into each other.

That shit's a plus for me.. I always pull way far out on people from the starting line in my Eclipse, and then they all crash.
 
ya most games online if you can just keep away from the others and stay on the track you'll win most the time. One race I even intentionally stayed around 3rd place knowing the 2 guys in front where going to crash eventually. And low and behold it worked.

Hell, I usually pull over off the track and start out 8th, and end up being at least 3rd-4th past the first turn where everybody fucks up their cars.
 
Good starts, you guys! It's best to start simple before attempting the complex. Vip, the text on the back doesn't do it for me though.

Nope, but like we always say: Make sure your 360 has adequate ventilation/space around it. Forza 2 sustains a very high frame rate which probably is working the video card to the max which causes it to heat up quickly. On a very hot day my 360 was getting a lil choppy when I had my 360 close to the corner of my bedroom. And man I'm still addicted to this game. However,I fucking hate all of the Silverstone tracks :headache:

If anyone sees a Matrix "code" car in the auction house for less than 200k buyout, pick it up for me and I'll buy it from you for 300k. I only saw it once so far and I love shiny things. I dare not go into the auction house again to search for it. It's a horrible interface.

Has anyone been able to get any online career games going? Everytime I try to join a game it errors out, and everytime I create one, NO ONE joins. What the f?
