Has anyone heard of a CD soundtrack for this ?

I have about 20 Mill in forza 2. Sold alot of custom cars when people were dying for em! lol! But now i need to just buy the game instead of renting it twice a month!

I did the factory spec Ford Focus races today. Did anyone else notice on the last track of the three that the other drivers were maniacs? I smoked them in New York (the first track) and really crushed them on the second one (Silverstone? Can't check at the moment) but when it came to the final one, everyone's car was bashed up by the end. Someone's bumper was lying on the road, it was madness.

how do some people completely own on nissan speedway? no matter what i do to the car, theres always at least 1 person that is going 20 mph faster than me.

Ya, there are some people who manage to find the best tuning for the top-speed car in the class. As long as you don't hit the wall you're flying.

That's why so many of the D/C/B/A races are on really curvy tracks so top speed isn't as much of an advantage as accel, and braking.

Try lowering your final drive ratio , and benchmark your ride .

yea but still, if i do it a lot then im not even able to hit my top speed cause the turns will slow me down (ex: a charger)
Just started playing and made this car on Friday.

Does it get close to the finish line then get hit by a bolt of lightning?

Well yeah, RWD monsters aren't really meant to be great at curved tracks like Nissan Speedway. They'll stomp on the straights and get whipped on the turns.

so if nissan speedway is a curved track then what is a straight track lol.
so awd owns?

I went and decked out a Charger to 1000+ hp. The thing is so nuts now I can't even make turns. The only thing it was remotely good for was the heavyweight races.

I think I might've been thinking of Sunset Peninsula Infield.. my bad.

Maybe you just need to make sure that you get somewhat close to topping out your highest gear. I always upgrade to a fully adjustable transmission, not just the final drive ratio.

I am so glad I didn't trade this in like I had planned. I got the game for my birthday, July 30th, and had only played through 71% of the arcade races on D Class. I hadn't touched the game in a month.

I usually hate realistic racers, but I liked Forza 1. It was just too in depth and daunting, so I traded it in. I was going to do the same with this one, as stated, but yesterday I gave career mode a shot. Holy shit... I'm addicted. I've completed 13% of it, including getting golds on all the Proving Grounds tracks, and I'm at Level 12. There's still so much more to do! It's hard to put down.
Just wandering if anyone has either got the code for fairlady custom on forza 2 or money cheat that works hit me back.

StreetLegend69
Money cheat will get you banned by Turn 10.

It is a lot of fun for like the first 40%. I am up to the point now where races are starting to drag a bit (10+ minutes per race) and with 4 races per cup it takes me nearly an hour to get through one IF I don't lose any races (it's no fun to just play on easy and blow the CPU away).

I never played a Forza game until this one but I did play Gran Turismo 2, 3 and 4. I think my favorite part about Forza in comparison is that they don't let you sell your prize cars. Because I have such a huge backlog of cars sitting in my garage, I have wound up using a ton of different ones as I played through the game instead of just a select few like I always did in the GT games.

I've still got this in the rotation since I'm still trying to get the last achievement of 1,000,000 online credits. That's gonna take a hell of a long time, though, since I don't know how to tune any of my cars and I routinely get beaten online by supremely tuned cars, finishing in 3rd or 4th. Only up to 200k credits thus far. Ugh.

I have to agree with the sentiment that the game peaks at a certain point and it's pretty annoying from there. I've gotten to the point where I'm having a driver do all my races for me because I'm sick of making a mistake 9 minutes into the race and having to start over.

I only started playing this on Sunday and am really enjoying it thus far, sounds like the general consensus is that it gets a bit annoying at a certain point. I don't fancy the idea of very long races that penalise you for one mistake.

Still, by the time I get bored of it something else will be out.

I haven't even tried having a driver do the race yet... do you literally just sit there and watch it as it races or do you send signals as to what to do or what?
I haven't even tried having a driver do the race yet... do you literally just sit there and watch it as it races or do you send signals as to what to do or what?
It's boring as hell. You select your driver and it simulates the race in real time. It's just like watching a race on TV complete with camera cuts and angles. You have absolutely no control over your driver.

Any of you newer Forza drivers wanna get a room going sometime? The last few times I've hopped on I've left my headset on as I've had douches in my lobby. One guy came across the track and spun me out. I couldn't hear him talk, but I was sure he was cursing and bitching at me, blaming me for his idiocy.

anyone got the code for fairlady custom at all cause everyone else i race against has got it if not the code i will buy off the auction place possible
