I know this isn't meant to be a conga line, but I have 1 roommate, got him to sign up under me so just need 1 more to get another game through 1 offer/2 referals. I have nothing to offer except the appreciation of a fellow CAG and EXTREMELY poor college student. Thanks to whoever does this!
if u signed up on the same computer, chances are they will track ur ip address and both the accounts

is there a way to contact disney or dr seuss to see if my orders went thru?

I got a confirmation page but no email or credit...

any help would be awesome

Do you guys actually use these products that you signed up for? Minus the books and dvds. When I recieved my product from EAuction...man that kinda information was self explanatory i had no need for some someone to put it on cd and charge $60 for me to keep it. The moment when I got the cd I used it as a freesbie. lol I don't look at $5 a loss because the games pays for it self and 100 times more.

I got a disney book club confirmation email.....still no credit yet. I had to file an MCR. It should be in your inbox as Scholastic ([email protected])
I dont think the site has even tried to preorder them yet, seems like they dont place orders until after the games are released.
That better not be true... Most of the sites are having a hard time keeping them in stock if you didn't get a preorder.

Just and update for the OP, the At Home Rewards and Your Savings Club can be canceled on their websites if you use the link in the sign up email. I just canceled YSC that way this morning and I checked the At Home Rewards one and there is a cancel link as well. I'm not cancelling that one until it gets closer to trial end, but YSC only has a 3 day trial. So make sure that you cancel it fast.

YSC is most definitely a 7 day trial.

Unless they somehow changed it in the last month.

The email that I got from YSC said that my trial lasted through 10/29 and I had signed up on 10/26. My AHR email has it through 11/3.

Hey everyone, I was just reading about stuff on here about the $600 limit thing? I'm guessing thats just about 6 GHIII bundles right? What happens if you do go over it? Will he send us the paperwork? Or do we have to get that on our own?

Go there and type in your information, see if anything's listed under this cancel page. You can then cancel it if you'd like or you can wait and MCR the orders, mention this page as proof if the orders are there.

shit, that guy is right. The fine print in my email said the trial is over 10/27/07, and i signed up 10/24/07. I just cancelled it now. I know i'm gonna get charged. I mean WTF? how can you have a 3-day trial? thats complete bullshit....

Damn, I went back a ton of pages in my e-mail to find that and it IS a 3 day trial.

However, I completed that offer on 9/14 and it says the trial ended 9/17. I waited unitl the 6th day to cancel since I had no use for the product. It's been a month and a half nearly and I haven't been charged a single cent. Take it for what it's worth.

ok cool, i havent been charged yet either, but its only been 2 extra days lol

i'll just have to pay closer attention to my trial periods. i reaffirmed the rest of mine, i have a list of days on my desk ready to be cancelled.
Its says my GH3 should get here tomorrow yet its still processing? Hmmmm
It is because it is a preorder. It will be awhile for you. My shipping estimate said October 23rd. It still hasn't shipped

do they ship orders in the order in which you ordered them???

for instance, i ordered GHIII, then Halo 3 CE later on the same day. Will they wait to ship Halo 3 until after GHIII ships???

thanks

Since the At Home Rewards has two numbers to call, when you cancel online, does that mean you don't have to call both numbers and it cancels in one shot?

I tried to sign into the At Home rewards, but it owuldn't let me and said my email was not on file for account retrieval. I checked my email, but I never got anything from them.

Although, I have been credited for this already, so something must have gone through. Any ideas what I should do now?

Did you check your spambox? When you call, listen very carefully to what they ask you. "Press one if you want cancel your membership [long pause] and sign up for a prepaid year of our service! [longer pause] [Quietly] press 2 if you wish to cancel your account.

Then, if you wait too long to hit 2, the fucking thing hangs up on you. Its almost like they don't want you to cancel.

At Home Rewards and Your Savings Club have to be canceled separately, online or via phone.

It's possible that something messed up and you didn't actually get charged, check your credit card if you can. Also, try recovering your member information by credit card number instead of e-mail address at their website. Finally, try their contact us page.

Their email says 3-day, their terms of service say 7.

I went up to the the seventh day and didn't get charged, but if you want to be safe I'd go with three days.
I dont think the site has even tried to preorder them yet, seems like they dont place orders until after the games are released.
I didn't get my Halo 3 or my Orange box until at least a week after release, you're probably right.

Well, no charges on my card, and when I try to have it locate my account number using my CC, it can't find that either.

I went ahead and filled out the customer service thing online, but I'm concerned since I have already gotten the completion status for this one.

Even funnier, when I call both numbers and try to get my account, I get "Sorry you are having trouble - please end the call and send an email."
Well, at least now I have a reason to cancel....

If anyone wants to sign up and be a refer me let me know, and if you sign up and complete an offer I will give you 6 months of free xbox live (in the form of (3) 2 month trial codes). To use these codes in the past, I have signed up through the original Xbox and just transferred the account to the 360-it works fine. You do need a credit card to use these, but if you cancel on time, you don't get billed. Please PM me if you are interested.

Train generally orders from Amazon and the only official sellers at Amazon have the wireless one, as far as I see.

I read on the gamefaq's/Gamespot forums that it was wal-mart the one replacing the les paul guitar with the wired one. From what ive heard the wired would probably be the best i have been reading alot of people's les paul guitar is defective but not all of them.

Trainn emailed me back about the use of prepaid cards:

"We do not recommend using pre-paid cards to register as many advertisers will consider them to be at high risk to fraud (please take no offense) as their offers are limited to one per person and delay or not provide credit for those sign-ups."

Sounds like Trainn doesn't care...but many of the companies that offer the trials do. Might be why some of you aren't getting some credits.

In other words, they can't hope you forget to cancel in time and rape your wallet.

GHIII on Amazon is now listed on Target as "In Stock Soon", which is not new, but it is now back on Amazon, but this is what worries me: It says:

"Usually ships within 4 - 6 weeks."

Eep. I hope the pre-orders were actually pre-orders and they don't go direct from Amazon, or else I'm going to give in and buy the game, then resell the free one, or give it/sell it to a friend.

I would hope that Trainn takes action and changes the orders if that were to happen.

yea, if that is the case, i would've ordered a different game....like CoD4

Dammit Trainn... Why don't they place preorders when we actually place the order instead of waiting until it gets released. Quote from Amazon.com
I first pre-ordered this game a few weeks back and I was surprised to have gotten it yesterday when I thought it didnt get realesed until the 28th.

 Oh well, tomorrow is a business day so we should know what is going on by tomorrow night. Who knows? Maybe we will receive it somehow tomorrow.
I got a confirmation email for Your Savings Club, but not from At Home Rewards. Is that normal?
I got both at the same time. As I oft recommend, go to the At Home Rewards website and go to "forgot id" to be sure it went through properly, comes in handy.

I got a confirmation email for Your Savings Club, but not from At Home Rewards. Is that normal?

Are you positive that your credit card went through? because I had tried the At Home Rewards offer but my credit card didnt go through. I assumed that this meant the registration failed but I was still registered for Your Savings Club (but not At Home Rewards.) Anyways, I cancelled Your Savings Club online.

Be Aware that the Your Savings Club trial offer is 3 days, I believe.

(A Member of this forum posted the steps to cancel online a few posts/pages back)
I got a confirmation email for Your Savings Club, but not from At Home Rewards. Is that normal?
It took 12 hours for me to get At Home Rewards email as well as Simply You (same company) if you dont have them in a day or a two then it may be cause for concern, but I wouldnt sweat it yet.
Is the shipping estimate the day it is supposed to ship or the day that it should arrive?
Day it is supposed to ship.

Heres something to keep in mind....

-I ordered two games on consecutive days (Fri and Sat).
-A week from the days I ordered I got the shipped emails.
-BOTH games arrived on the same day, a Thursday.
-However, both games, which were supposedly shipping on a Fri and Sat, were shipped overnight on the Wednesday.

I personally put no stock in their status updates at this point, but once you see "shipped" its most likely less than a week before your games arrive.

Those who don't see shipped yet, your game has not shipped yet.
Anybody seen "Shipped" for GHIII? I hope this doesn't take a month to ship out.
TBH, I wouldnt be surprised at all if it does, its going to be very popular and we're less than two months from Xmas.

At the end of the day, its free, you'll get it eventually.
Didn't people get GHII from Red Octane?
Both Red Octane and Amazon. I personally got mine shipped from Amazon. It was more or less random.

And Circuit City (that's where my friend's GHII came from).
