I know I had a ticket in, and Rig had inquired about his Tax Form. So it seems to be their answer to tickets and emails, they're not giving us that info by default.
 
I got my GH2 Bundle yesterday finally after 13 days of waiting because UPS messed up the routing destination. My XBOX went dead...now i gotta wait to send it back in. It sucks I've heard ppl have sent in their box more than once and the problem of the RoD is consistent. Why don't they just upgrade up to the Elite already. The 360 is a POS.

10/14 Placed Order
10/20 Status Changed to Pre Ordered - Waiting for item
10/31 Status Changed to Shipping Soon

Here is what I'm hoping for:

11/01 Status Changed to Shipped :D
11/02 Arrives via Overnight Shipping ;)

My wife played that Scene it: Lights Camera Action demo on XBL the other day and now she wants the game. Might have to pick it up on here for free. Although I can see that one going into the bargain bin pretty quickly at retail. Might be some easy Achievements though.
 
Does anyone know when the November update is?, I got another two credits, but none of the other games beside GHIII and COD4 have any interest to me.

Of course, October has now passed us by and we are officially in November. So I would say...any day now? I hope it comes soon. I also have a few credits stored up...I have enough for two regular games. It's gonna be either Call of Duty 4 and Mass Effect or Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect. I doubt Rock Band will be up there for two offers...but it's tempting to consider that as well. Let's face it, we are in a boom of game releases for the 360 and it is glorious!

Well, the October update didn't show up until October 12th. So, it could still be a while until we see the November update.
 
i did the great fun offer, and waited 7 days, with no credit , i checked my email today and an email sent to me yesterday ( after six days of processisng).
the email said in order to get your gift card then fill our the info. do i need to do that and fill in the email to be able to receive my credit? if anyone has experience with great fun please post back.

No, you don't have to sign up for anything more to get credit. Just fill out a MCR on the YourFree360Games site, since you said you waited seven days. Put the email you received from Great Fun (with full headers!) into the box when filling out the MCR.

I think people are going to be hitting the refresh button every 10 seconds on the YourFree360Games site to see if their GHIII bundle shiping status updated!

Ive been doing that for a while. I ordered mine on the 20th and it takes more than a week or so before shipping starts i guess.
 
i'm still waiting for my simpsons game to ship... thought it came out yesterday? I ordered it around the 20th... i feel ur pain gh3 people

Finally my MCR's for Stamps.com and EAuctionTutor went through. Ordered me some COD4 :D

Here's my time breakdown in case anyone is curious to compare to their own cases. I dunno if it'll be the same for you, but if it helps I hope so.

Oct 12 - Stamps.
Oct 12 - EAuction.
Oct 19 - MCR's for both filed.
Oct 29 - Support ticket and email sent.
Oct 31 - Received reply from email and support ticket, stating that info was submitted to vendor, will update acct when hear back yada yada.
Nov 1 - MCR's granted. Me happy.

Some people dont seem to realize trainn makes a lot of money doing this, not like they are taking the 100$ from their pockets and buying the game and getting nothing in return. In fact I wouldnt be suprised if they made more money off of moving a game from their site than a retailer makes from selling the same game. The slowness in which they handled this is a legitimate reason to be upset.

The beta was a ton of fun. One of the games im looking most forward to this year (sadly my xbox died 2 days ago) so ill probably rent it for ps3 when it comes out and then soon as I get my 360 back buy it for that.

Chances are they make quite a bit more, on average retailers only make around twelve bucks a game.

But that doesn't make it a legitimate reason to be upset at all, you're participating in their offers and playing by their rules. If you want speedy service you pay for it.

COD4, The beta was pure awesome, The perks and weapons system is top notch...WAY better than Halo 3. Its one of the games Ive been most wanting ever...besides GTAIV...whenever that shows up...Hopefully Trainn will put it up as well
 
Signing up for that gamefly offer turned out to be a good idea after all, I stuck CoD in my cue so I'll have it until my trainn one arrives. Assuming gamefly will get it to me within a day or two of its release.
 
hmmmm i signed up for stamps.com and simply you a few hours ago. I got almost instant green for simply you but im still waiting for the stamps one. Hopefully that'll get green'd soon so i can get GHIII soon. I recieved 2 emails saying that there would be an upcoming charge if I didn't cancel stuff. One is for simply you but I have no idea what "Your Savings Club" is, nor do I know the phone # to call to cancel it. Can anyone enlighten me? :/
 
You know what I cant wait for this year and next year.....Resident Evil 5 and GTA IV COllectors Edition...I will prolly get it from the free xbox game site.
 
I wish they wouldn't lie to my fucking face. They said it would be shipped in 24 hours and it has now been 2 days since the fucking email.

If they would have been smart and preordered that shit instead of waiting we could have had our fucking copys, but now since Amazon is out of stock 95% of the time we are going to wait.
 
Indeed--even if they have shipped, which seems unlikely at this point, they haven't told us about it in over 24 hours since they...told us they would be shipped and we'd be notified.

I had a false hope of having it shipped overnight yesterday so I'd get it today...glad I didn't have high hopes.

I signed up for Stamps a week ago today. No credit for me either.

As for your question, go back to the offer page and read the fine print. There is a second number you have to call to cancel.

I cancelled as soon as i saw the two emails When you sign up for simply you it signs you up for a second service, the number is in the Email you get it gives you a number to cancel and a account # to dial in...Each cancellation took me about 70 seconds, its automated so its fast and easy and no charges for me.

Although i still have a day or two before Great fun credits me, and then i'll have a third game.

I'm in the same boat.. Its got me worried that we won't be receiving COD4 when it comes out even though I ordered the game oct 16th. Curious what their problem is. They use to be really good with shipping games.
 
Well, FINALLY got my Halo 3 return screw-up fixed. Amazon flat out refused to do anything after telling me they had refunded the game to Train - in spite of the fact that I returned it using their "gift return" option. So I had to contact Train, they had to research it, etc. They put a completion credit back in my account today, and I used it to order GH3.

So now I'm waiting with evereyone else. :) But I'm fine w/ that, free is all good.
 
Is Stamps.com supposed to take $15 from you when you sign up for the trial and give it back when you cancel? If not I'm disputing the charge.
