Has anyone else had a problem with eAuction and Increase My Margin.

I am using a Visa Gift card and it said payment denied. I tried eAuction twice and IMM once.

Well, I check my balance, and what do you know, they charged me, 4.95 for one eAuction, 4.95 for another eAuction, and 4.95 for IMM.

But I didnt get any confirmation or anything and it said my payment was denied.
 
I did eauction with my real card and had no problems. Got the green and the product in the mail.



Haven't tried the other one though. And haven't tried either of them with a prepaid.

Did anyone here sign up for the Essentilal Living Weight Loss OR Sleep Rite on Sunday and not get anything, either in the mail or email, from them yet? I'd like to receive SOMETHING before canceling on Friday, and this has me a bit nervous.

It can't take too long to process and mail out pills, and at least they could give me some email confirmation, or something (the offer did credit, but that was all).

And one more question, for those who did do this offer: can you actually cancel online? I didn't see anything obvious as www.essentiallivingsupport.com
 
I did both those offers and had instant credit and recieved items in the mail. I cancelled online. There is an online chat you can go to. I just asked for a confirmation email and instantly they sent it while still talking to me.
 
ok so my cousin signed up under my account and i was wondering does it matter if he uses the same offers i did(hes at my house using my wireless so same ip right?)

that wasnt a good idea, two accounts under same ip generally = ban.
 
lilboo, can you edit the OP to say in nice, big, red letters: DONT MAKE A SECOND ACCOUNT ON THE SAME IP OR YOU WILL BE BANNED, NO MATTER WHAT.

Just canceled Essential Weight Loss in the online support chat. Very easy, already recieved the confirmation cancellation number.
 
Anyone know how to do headers in Windows Live Hotmail? Unfortunately, I signed up for a new email account just for this, and it was a Live hotmail account (not the old kind, damnit). All I can find is how to do it in normal hotmail, not this fucked up Live Hotmail.

EDIT: Found out you can right click in the body of the message and select view source. It's like a 20 page text file, but the header information is supposedly in there, at least according to google...

Anyone know what forms (if any) eAuction and Grant Mentor show up as in your emails as confirmation? I still do not have credit for them, and to submit a credit request they want the headers, and I don't even seem to have emails from them.

now, I know most people ask what are good deals to do, but what I really want to know is, what are bad deals?

IE: Has hidden charges or is kinda shady. I know, for example, there is a free software offer that you pay shipping for, but then have to return it after the free trial, so while not necessarily bad (prolly still fairly cheap over all) it is an unknown factor when signing up
 
Nothing should be unknown when signing up...always read terms and conditions before you sign up for something. I stray from signing up for services, only trying out trials.

In other words, dont sign up for something like columbia house where you agree to buy a certain amount of cds at regular price after the discounted cds.

I know that the Alura Teeth whitening one is bullshit. Uh, that grant teacher one is pretty much worthless. Rising Star and Video Professor both make you send the product back. Stamps.com has worked for some people, but I think it's bullshit. It's never worked for me or any of my refs. That's all I can remember at the moment.
 
Has anyone had trouble with referrals going green lately? I realize it's probably just lazy people, but I've literally had fifteen some people (a HUGE surge, I went weeks without a single person signing up) in the past week and not a single one has gone green.
 
As soon as I can get my normal computer to fire up then I will be able to go green for most of my sites.




EAuction is screwing me over though. Should I call and just say "I want a confirmation email?"

I've had 15 people sign up for my free elite and only 12 have greened.


6 people for an ipod, only 5 greened


5 people for a PS3, only 3 greened


But on the free games site, I have 10 people and 10 greens. :D

Then the ebay auction charged me 4.95 and the other ebay kit 4.95...but when registering both sites told me "payment charge failed" and never made the account, just took the money.

What's the deal?

This might just be the company putting your money on hold. This happens sometimes but give it a day or two and the charge should be gone. As for your payment failing it might be because you were using a giftcard and the site doesn't accept them. Idk for sure but that is my best guess. Just give it a day or two and if your money isn't back call them
 
What has everyone's experience been with missing credit requests. I know some people have said they've put them in, but I've never heard any of them actually go through (though I know lilboo talked about the importance of headers, which I included). I have two requests out now, one that's 15 days old and one that is ten. Have others had a problem getting responses to their credit requests?

That's probably the case. But where would I get the number to call "Increase My Margin" and "eAuction Tutor"? Their sites are basically giant Jpegs with "put your info here!"
