I read a while ago that there are like 4 offers that are only $2 or so... anyone know those ones?

Also, should I wait to order MAdden and Bioshock from them? What about Mass Effect?
If there are still offers that low, I wouldn't know what they could be. I have done almost all of the ones mentioned in the two threads. Could be wrong though.

And I don't think it matters if you wait or not; pretty sure they don't order until the game is released. If the credits are burning a hole in your pocket, I'd go ahead and spend them on one of those games now, rather than waiting.

weird like what? maybe theyre just clearing up the offers list?
sounds like a good time to jump ship.. lol

Its Trainn, theres no reason to "jump ship" .. they had issues with their server recently, if anything is wrong, its likely attached to that.

Actually Folader, the whole "revenueuniverse" network is down, which holds wel over 2/3 of the offers that are on all the sites. But I'm not even sure if Trainn has any of those offers. As for the Trainn issue, it's just their server, they've had the same server for ever, it's been slow from day one, deal with it.

All right, where's my buddy fraggedbylaggers? I haven't seen him around lately. I thought I'd post this little anecdote for the group's amusement. I've been completing offers through yourfree360games.com since early May, after having completed extensive research on the most efficient means for acquiring a "free" PS3.

After looking at Cashcrate, PS34free, and even Trainn's PS3 site, I discovered that I could get the most bang for my buck completing two offers here, ordering a Guitar Hero II bundle and hawking it on Ebay. I completed this process a total of 8 times, filing a W9 form along the way, with each bundle closing between $70-$80. I dropped all these profits into my ING savings account and let the 4.5% interest roll in.

Now here's where the story gets amusing. Because the Ebay market is really starting to get flooded with these bundles (mainly due to one seller who lists like 20 at a time, titles them "NEW!!!" in the listing, but states in the description that they're in "original opened packaging"), the bundles started selling for less and less. My 8th and final bundle closed out at only $61!

Fragged and I had argued before about the process of returning these to Amazon and just getting a straight refund. I thought for sure Amazon would deduct shipping, leaving you with a refund of around $70. However, I was amazed and stupified when fragged gleefully gloated (and rightfully so) that Amazon emailed him a gift certificate for $98 for his return.

As fate would have it, the bidder on my final bundle had terrible feedback and ended up stiffing me. This is when the wheels started to turn. "Hmm...if I was only going to pull in $61 from this auction, even IF Amazon deducted shipping from me, I'd come out ahead" Surely, I thought they'd catch on to this trick as more and more people send back GHII bundles, claiming they're "not compatible". I decided to give it a shot, and "return" my final bundle. One week later, I now have an Amazon gift certificate for $97.98. Marvelous!

Having passed the $500 mark some time ago, I ordered my PS3 from Amazon when they were bundling it with Memento and the remote. This extra $98 just got put toward my Rock Band pre-order though. Fragged, I have to say, you are the man. I hope you can laugh about this, and I hope there are no hard feelings. Just thought I'd share.

I signed up for the site yester day and cashed out my first game (guitar hero2 and Im actually keeping it for meyself) today ! This is definetly the best deal online that Ive gotten so far. So for those of you who have done this multiple times, are you still doing the 2 offers yourself or doing the referral method? If doing the offers yourself can you do the same offers over once you reset your account?

Most are doing the offers method. It gets difficult to get people to go green.

And you have to do different offers; you cannot do the same offers, even after a reset.

oh damn that sucks the two I did seemed so checp and give plenty of time to cancel. Do I need to wait for the game to list as shipped before I cancel the offers? Or can I cancel them now that I placed my game order and reset my account?

Personal preference.

I usually cancel before it moves to "Shipped" if it has been 4-6 days since I started the trial. Give it a few days though, because the credit can be subtracted from your account if you sign-up and cancel very shortly after. (They want you to give the trial a bit of time.)

Your order won't change to "Shipped" until Sunday night/Monday morning. And you can reset your account as soon as you order your game. It won't affect the game you just placed an order for.

So for future refrence I should time it out so I get my credits/place my orders around friday or saturday. That way the offers will sit for two day then I can cancel them because my item will have already shipped. That sound about right? And thanks for answering all my newb questions guys.

Some people do it that way, yes. It definitely makes the process seem shorter, because if you do an offer early in the week, you are antsy waiting for it to update through the following Sunday!
haha, that's a great story. Congrats on your success. :D
Thanks guy. It's hard to believe I was able to do all that in about 2 months (my last GHII shipped July 6th). For a while, I was making so many phone calls, I felt like a telemarketer. Like so many others, I also got screwed by Grant Mentor. Never got the credit, and couldn't convince Trainn to give it to me...even with a copy of my credit card statement.

I just wish they would add some more offers to the site. I've completed most of the ones that are left, and I have to find some way to avoid paying retail for Halo 3, Guitar Hero III, Skate, etc.
UPS. And USPS.
LOL...is there any way to tell which it will be? If it's USPS, not sure if they'll just leave the package @ the door or not...(it's GH2, so obviously it won't fit in my mailbox).

Doesn't USPS generally knock, and leave something in your mailbox if you didn't answer? I know they did that for me.

Can anyone who has done this offer answer my question about it? Would like to give them another chance since I never got my stamps.com credit.

Does anyone have the exact cost of that ultimate smile whitener product? And is that a trial, or do I pay for something and keep it, without sending it back or cancelling?

Thanks.

You could always call them.

The reason I never did this particular offer is because I'm not sure what happens with the trial:

Return and Refunds
If at any time you decide not to continue with the Ultima Smile autoship program, simply call us at 1-920-966-6628 to cancel your order and arrange return of the unopened kits. Once we receive your return package, your account will be refunded any applicable charges, less destruction and shipping/handling charges.

Destruction fee: In compliance with clean health practices, shipping oral hygiene products that have previously been distributed to clients is prohibited. Therefore, treatments returned to us or refused must be destroyed. A $35.00 Destruction fee will apply to all orders cancelled, returned or refused after they have been shipped.

Granted, that probably only applies to their *actual* shipments, and not the trial. But since it is found in their Terms & Conditions section, I am not risking it.

That's my fear...because there's no way I can get to the post office to pick it up, and I'm never home when the mail comes.

How long did it take zooba to credit for you guys? Was it instant or did it take a while?

EDIT: Nevermind, it was not instant like say GE Critic, it took about 20 minutes :p

Also, i wanted to thank everyone in this thread for all there info about this whole process. You guys really do rock :D

I clicked someone's link here and signed up.

I honestly always thought these things were a scam, but 72 pages in this post made me think different. Ordered GH2 (for me), can't wait till it comes. I couldn't justify going out and spending $90+ for it (nor $70+ on eBay for used) when I can wait 2 months for GH3 + wireless guitar. Now everyone in the game department of Wal-Mart won't be annoyed with me playing their demo everyday on my lunchbreak. (Getting the Bioshock pre-order soon too....niiice)

Here were my picks:

Company: GE Critics Choice
Credited: Instant
Cost: $2.95 (refundable?)

Company: Gamefly
Credited: *Pending* (day 2)
Cost: $9.95

Company: Blockbuster
Credited: 1-day
Cost: $9.95

Company: Quickbooks Quickstart
Credited: 2 hours
Cost: $4.95

Yeah just the S/H ($4.95). It looks like they just send you some CD's. It's a 14 day trial as well, just make sure you cancel before then. I'm cancelling Monday (after my order is "officially" shipped). Other people said its easy

Just signed up under someone, my email addy is "buterbals113085".

Completed the GE Critics Choice offer, just waiting for the Quickbooks offer to show up as completed.

buterbals, how much was da quick books & u use a pre-paid ? it SUCKS because i got 3 referrals greened in yourfree360games.com but i cant get greened on tha offer..every offer i do says "Payment declined"

It was like $4.95 for Shipping and Handling, didnt use a prepaid though. Still waiting to get approved.

I just completed the quicken books offer. Do I have to do anything additional after I submit my credit card info? In the email they sent me it asks me to sign up for a free merchant account.

Any know all the offers that a prepaid card WILL work with? Im thinking of starting to use them but I will only do it if Im sure I can do quite a few of the offers...

Try the Video Proffessor. In the TV comercials he says if for any reason you can't learn send it back and they will refund you + give you $10 extra. Good deal. All you have to pay for is shipping anyway.

Caution to all...i just realized i got charged 12.95 the past 3 months from a company called loyalty. It was when i signed up for auction monster, except they didnt send me an email confirmation or anything.

Wish i would have noticed sooner but i went on my trip to Japan thinking that i canceled everything i signed up for(i could argue that i technically did....)

When i came back i figured it was a charge for 12.95 that was pending since thats how much ffxi cost....welp i was wrong.

So careful about that all or you might get charged 13 bucks a month like i was.
Whats offers work with prepaids? Im desperate right now...
well i did GE critics, stamps.com(warning iot holds 15.85 dollars for 8 days) and eAuction Tutor
