I got it to load earlier just fine. I'm guessing a ton of people are going there through the email. Just open it in a new window and wait for it or wait till tomorrow (or later) and try maybe?

Maybe you had used one of the codes previously? They worked for most of us but if you try to do either of them a second time (on the same Amazon account) they don't work.
