Yami No Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness) is what wiki calls ""a gateway drug into shonen-ai and yaoi."

GTO I always thought that the guy who's on the covers looked too macho gay for me so I kept far away from it. I guess it'll suddenly appeal to me now after being gatewayed into liking men.

I had IR 1 before and gave it away, so it had to have been bad, but I'll try it again. At least I will see a hawt babe in that one, which I'll surely need to reconfirm my sexuality.

I love GTO. Don't dismiss it until you tri it, i promise you it's not yaoi ;).

It's basically just a teacher who connects with his students and gets into a crapload of trouble for it since everyone hates him. I thought it was great :).

I actually never finished volume 3 of enishi before I sold my set, so I guess I can find out how it ends. Aura Battler has an awesomely 80s-riffic opening but I am not sure if anything else beyond that. I like the idea of a grab bag more than the actual results. A surprise is nice. I avoided seeing what was in my manga order so it will be fun to open it up and be surprised.

It's just their designation for the Free Anime/Manga Promo. There's nothing extra that comes with it.

I'm at the point where I want to donate these three anime to the local library just because, but even they won't take them. ;)

Ha! I was just going to offer someone mine, if they paid the shipping. I dont know why you would want them...but yeah...I guess if you do, let me know. I'm going to the postoffice tomorrow morning and after that...these are going to be disposed of...somehow, I dont know...I hate to just throw them in the garbage...

Thanks for the info..had I not seen ur post I would have missed it...I didn't think I could get the dvds since I got 3 novels but it worked...So I guess you can have one order of each...
 
I got mine today, fast shipping indeed! All sealed new, but Descendants of Darkness was a floater, but thankfully not damaged. I remember Infinite Ryvius now, this is my third copy of disc one. I bought disc one, liked it, bought the box set and gave away the single to a friend. It's basically Lord of the Flies in space. I'm sure I have another friend to give it to.
