Free game w/ Xbox live signup!! (dead, but talk about it anyways)

Has anyone GOTTEN the games yet?

I got an email saying Microsoft took down the info from me and the person who referred me but no confirmation on if we will actually get the game or what.
 
I was able to send to 5 people total. I wonder if they lowered that as well.

I just got my second confirmation e-mail, so it looks like I was able to sign 2 people up. Hopefully they will send me 2 free games. The only problem is that I don't remember what my first and second choices were, but as I already have 2 of the 3 games, I will be getting an extra game either way. So I guess once it comes I'll be offering it free to some CAGer.
 
I have a kit ready to input my 12 monther so if you want the free game PM me and we will hook each other up. I plan on trying to do it tommorrow night.
 
Damn...how come I never get any of these promotion e-mail. I did microsoft and other to send me e-mail on my xboxlive account.
 
I have Xbox Live, but I am uncertain how I get a new game? I need someone who is just getting Xbox Live to Email me a special code. I would love to get Ralisport Challenge 2. If anyone wants to send it to me PM me.
 
i bought live using the retail special over the weekend and signed up for the free game today using a refferal from another CAG, so that works no problems.
 
I'm gonna buy the 2 month free trial, can anyone confirm if this will work with the account I'm about to create? I'm new to this whole Xbox Live shit.

I just ordered the Xbox live starter kit with the 12 month package, communicator and crimson skies; I will have it in a week, and then I will immediately configure it with my Xbox, so that it will be by the July 29th deadline...So to anyone who got this email, do you want to go in with me on the free game??? I've got a buddy who's signing up for Live on Monday when his DSL is installed. I was going to refer him for the free game but didn't get them email from Microsoft. If anyone wants the free game, PM me and I'll pass along his email so you can refer him (he's not on CAG.)
 
Looks like we can refer up to 5 people. I just got an e-mail saying the end of the free games promotion is coming up, but I still have time to refer up to 5 people to get 5 free games.

I may think about signing up. Does anyone know if I would be eligible? I had an account last year and closed it, I would make a totally new one though
 
yeah I just got my xbox live referal letter, I also can send the email to up to 5 people. PM your email if you want to sign up for xbox live.

Not really, it's just another way to promote Xbox Live. Besides, the free games aren't the best either.

The free games aren't the best? Rallisport 2 is fantastic. You must have ridiculously high standards.
 
so has it been confirmed that you must receive the e-mail before you sign up for xbox live, or can you receive the reference e-mail after you've signed up and still get the game? i just signed up for xbox live two nights ago without receiving one so i was just wondering if i would still be eligible.

hey I just bought a brand new xbox today and also bought the 70 dollar xbox Live starting kit today! I was wondering if anybody wanted to help me out and share the free game deal with me, please?
 
Same here. Just let me know if you want in on the Xbox Live game deal. I'll send out referrals until I have no more to give (which I hear tops out at 5).

i called Xbox customer support last night b/c they renewed my subscription w/out my permission (i have a renewal card coming in the mail) and had to cancel my account so that they would refund my money. To try and pursuade me to stay on as a "yearly" customer they offered me these same three games for free without me even asking.

unless you cancel during the trial perios/previous year, they are actually using your permision to renew. they mention it many times when you sign up.

also, what exactly is the date this ends? i'll edit the title to say dead...i just dont have the e-mail/time/patience to check.
