Go to paypal plug-in on your balance page and it should explain. It lets you generate a one charge mastercard so they cant charge you more than the 1$ trial, but still make sure to cancel on time any way.

Im paying $5 and finsihing it is easy. The reason i resort to referals is ive done all the good offers and its more difficult to do after your 3rd/4th round lol. It only cost $2 total if you do the offers in my op so you still make money and get a free $100 game ike gh3.
