Apparently some people are having issues with getting a code while others are having no problem. When I first tried it, it worked without a hitch. But some people have mentioned clearing your cookies on your browser if you are having problems, or trying multiple codes till it eventually works. Maybe even try it from a different browser if one is not working. Just a few ideas.

Also, the same code may be given out to other people until its redeemed, so try to request a code when you are able to enter it into your PS3, or use the following link if you want to do it via your computer.

Finally, some people have found more luck using the method described below the code which I included below. I did mine via the redeem codes section of the store, but some people have found that it didn't work that way, but did the way below.

To download the LittleBigPlanet™: Norse Mythology Pack from the PlayStation Network:

1. Open a Master Account on the PlayStation®Network (or use an existing Master Account).
2. From the PlayStation®Network icon on the XMB (XrossMediaBar), select "Account Manager."
3. Enter "Transaction Management."
4. Select "Redeem PlayStation®Network card or Promotional Code."
5. Enter voucher code. Please note that the voucher code is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed.
Once the voucher code has been correctly entered, click "continue." After you accept the terms, you will be taken to the download screen.

I just noticed something, not sure if it makes a difference, but here goes:

Do not redeem code at the PSN store. I'm guessing our first instinct is to launch Playstation Store and then hit the top right icon that says "Redeem Code".... It does not work for me. Kept saying invalid code.

Instead, follow the direction provided on the code page. This means go 3 icons up in the XMB from the Playstation Store icon... to "Account Management"... Then select "Redeem Codes"... Enter code into here works for me.

The same code didn't work while IN the PlaystationStore, but it DID WORK when I did it through Account Management.

Hope that helps.

I don't see anything that looks like XMB... I'm stuck at the PS Store..:bomb:

The XMB(cross media bar) is the default menu when your system first turn on. You have to exit the playstation store. Hit O repeatedly to exit the playstation store.
 
Also, I just got a code when I looked up the directions posted under the code. So this one may work, someone can give it a try. Let me know if it doesn't work or if someone uses it.

Very good point here-- my code worked fine the first try, although I ended up waiting 3-4 hours after I got the code from the website to redeem it, and I used the method you described. Whenever I get free/sample codes from wherever, the instructions always say to redeem it through the XMB option (You have to be signed into your PSN account to see the option), so there must be some major difference. Which is stupid, but hey, if it works...
 
Got it last night. Took a number of refreshes to even access the site, and two sets of codes before one that worked.
 
I wonder if this was a 24 hour offer. I just noticed this right before 4 p.m. (7 or so minutes ago) & the final screen wouldn't finish loading. Now, after 4 p.m. it won't load at all.
 
I've been trying for almost an hour now. About 5 minutes ago I got my request to go through to the point of receiving a code. Damn code isn't valid. Now, 4 times in a row, when I try again I get a code within a few minutes...but it's the same damn code!
 
Been at this since before 4 p.m., it's now 6:03 pm., been through 9 codes...FINALLY got one that works :bomb::bomb::bomb:

Gawdammit, this has to be what that saying means "it may be free, but it aint cheap".

Still haven't gotten a working code, but hey...at least we don't have to keep re-entering information before we submit for free codes. That would be the worst...

yes, they are case sensitive

Actually, the ps3 will automatically make all lower case letters capital. So it's not case sensitive.

I've been trying to get this page to load for nearly 45 minutes now. Not working in Firefox or Safari… good grief.

With the track record of codes not working in this thread, you'd be best to try it now. If you write down a code that doesn't work, and they end the promotion, you'd be SOL.
 
Took like 2 min for the site to load but i got my code. Worked first try, took like 5 seconds total to download and install lol
