I canceled my trial a week before it was to end, and they charged me for a month anyway (used a promo code). Took me 2 months to get it credited back.

That's BS AOhell did the same shit to my father.... we had to get the company and his bank on the phone to get them to cancel the damn thing. Thanks for the info.

That's funny - i canceled my trial 1 day AFTER it was set to expire and they still didn't charge me. Guess i was just really lucky

You are, dealing with netflix is a pain when you have an issue. I can't get unsubscribed from their mailing lists online or through snail mail. Their site is as user friendly as their movie selection menu, and dealing with them on the phone is an exercise of patience.
