Free promotional items with buying a Wii or games?

Was just wondering if you guys got free items like shirts, bags, posters with your purchase sof a Wii or games. The last time I bought a game from an eb games I got like two free issues of any magazine on a list and it ended up being a year plus for no charge. I bought a Wii today and wasn't offered anything. Maybe I should of mentioned something but was too gitty and wanted to get home.
