Awesome! What was their excuse for taking so long on your mcr? Trying to figure out what to avoid while dealing with my mcr so it doesn't take as long as yours, its really unneeded on their end and should be solved before then.

Ahh, I'm good then .. I asked if I'd properly done the manual credit and was told I did it all correctly so I'd assume they didn't miss the headers.
 
Yeah I'm at 5 with possibly two pending, I'm likely going for the cash value of the gold bundle (340) rather than the gold bundle itself since its backordered, I think I'd take my own chances here.
