Maybe someone else used your e-mail address.

It only allows 1 per e-mail.

You can pretty much input any e-mail address and it will give you a code. If you enter the same e-mail address you get the message that it has already been claimed.

Just put a different e-mail address in and clear your cookies to get another code.

Oh and the codes will not work on German accounts. I guess because Wolfenstein is banned in that country.
