Well, I don't know how IP adresses work but we're all on different computers, does that make a difference? And If they change their home address to something else would it be ok?

Also, the only one I have credit for is my brother's, so can they still count my mom against me?
 
Approximately how long did drum orders take to fulfill?

I did like 10-12 offers on Thursday night and only two have credited so far. Hmm. Zooba never sent a confirmation number, though my book has apparently shipped. Odd. Disney took like 2-3 days to send their confirmation.

Has anyone here done Interactive Kids? It credited already (instant) and it says your "trial" of the Dora the Explorer CD is only 7 days. Is that from when you get charged or when it arrives? I only go home on Saturdays to get my mail, so I'm a little concerned about being charged another $15 so soon. Hmm.

Finaly got the CompleteHome signup to work after reading the first couple pages, now only if it goes through. Had to do MRC for Autovantage and Greatfun.

i had to do the same, completehome credited right away though, and my MCRs havent gone through for either greatfun or autovantage. ugh

Are there any people that still have not got their games from February? I ordered Lost Odyssey and it supposedly shipped and this was a month ago. They have yet to answer my emails or my support ticket. I think they might actually be avoiding me. It's frustrating because if I knew for sure they weren't going to send the game, I'd just go out and buy it.

yes im still waiting. they answered one of my support tickets about my mis-addressed order, but they havent answered my one asking for a tracking number yet. if i dont get one tomorrow im probably gonna do another one and maybe theyll get the hint

It took me a long time to get my Lost Odyssey and part of it was a UPS shipping error. The game came by 3rd party amazon seller JR audio or some crap too. Still came in fine though, no problems w/ loose discs or anything. Good game =)

I'm waiting on a Feb. 28 ship date of GHIII I sent in a support ticket and waiting to hear on that.. it's been a couple weeks..

I don't think anyone who has done it got instant credit (So it's a MCR). I'm on my 7th business day for the MCR credit should be here by friday and ill post when/if it does.
 
I actually had my MCR credit for Autovantage yesterday, took 10 business days exactly. Take that for what you will.

First Club Save seems to be a MCR for most everyone, at least it has been for a lot of us.

Free Credit Report does not claim instant credit. It says within the same day. I did it more than 24 hours ago now, and nothing as of yet. I did receive the email from them immediately though.

I'm still waiting for GHII that shipped Feb. 20th, they said that another one was getting sent, and I should have it sometime this week, but for some reason I dont think im going to get it

About how long did it take you to receive the Amazon credit, from the day you dropped it in the mail? It says up to four weeks, I'm hoping it's a little less than that.

I've got a GHIII and a Rock Band shipped and processing, respectively... I'm thinking by the time Rock Band gets here, it'll be almost April, and maybe I should just return GHIII for credit when it arrives and order a real Rock Band wireless guitar when it comes in stock April 1. It's not like I'm actually planning to play GHIII, and it's not like it's worth much on eBay either.

awesome, glad to know these are crediting fine via MCR. Got one going since March 3, so I guess I have a little under a week to go.
 
Has anyone had any experience with them banning an account for no reason? I completed 2 offers, was waiting on a MCR for one of them (which had been 15 business days waiting on approval), signed in to find a banned message. They still have not gotten back to me a reason why it happened either.
 
yeh i'm pretty sure my first account was banned due to the exact same thing happening. did a few offers, filed a mcr, and then bam. banhammer.

It has taken me from a week to a week and a half, and I have done four items total.
 
Only a week and a half? Oh, I'm totally doing that, then. That should net me a Rock Band guitar and $40 profit, and I can maybe even get a Rock Band guitar faster than waiting for TRAINN to order/ship it in April (I've got Amazon Prime, so 2-day shipping is free).

They'll let you print out a return label to USPS or UPS depending on package size. Then if the reason is "I didn't want it anymore" then they'll just take $4 off your refund, but it's worth it b/c they return shipping costs and tax.. so for a $60 game even after using their return label they refunded me $69.xx and for a Guitar Hero I got.. like $100.

If you read their gift return policy, they won't notify trainn.. just several months ago there was some glitch that did refund it to them but I believe that's worked out. I've done this maybe three times now and it's all been fine.. got another in the mail awaiting the refund process =)

They came from Amazon...not sure which distro center they shipped from.

I think the wait on them (after they were officially released) was about two weeks total. I could be wrong on that, as it has been a couple weeks since I got mine.

i have a question I want to do Gamefly and want the service with the 2 games shipped (since i know there's a 1 game service and 2 game service) my question is which one is the one being offerred here?

On another note, has anyone confirmed if the 2 GH bundle limit is any guitar hero bundles, or just GHIII. I've ordered one GH3, and one GH2 (the one that hasn't shipped), and was wondering if I could order a second GH3. Also, if I can't but I try to anyway, will they just cancel the order and refund my credits, or will I be SOL?
 
To people who get nonstop calls, I would suggest suing in small claims court. There are rather strict regulations requiring companies to stop calling you after you request them to stop. Be sure to put it in writing as well. If they continue calling you can get up to $500 per violation.

It takes a good deal of effort and persistence but I've found it's worth it. Google around and you will find that some people have made this sort of tactic into a major contributor to their income.

This will not stop completely rogue companies but legitimate ones will have to pay up.

it's 2 bundles regardless of which 2 so u can't order another if u ordered 2 & 3
 
Ugh, signed up for Gamefly yesterday. Signup went good and I put 3 games in my Q. Then today I get an email saying my billing info could not be verified because its a prepaid card and they suspended my account until I register a new card. AFTER they charged me for the first month and the authorization charge. I'm pretty upset about this as their TOS says nothing about prepaid card and they chargeyour card first then have problems with it later..

So really I'm worried about not getting credit on yourfree360games if I have to change my account. The email said it will be locked until I change my card. Anyone ever had this happen before, and what did you do to get credit?

hey does it mention if it's 2 games out at a time or 1 game out????

C'mon now, why would you sign with a prepaid card. Isn't it obvious? They take your credit card so if you don't return a game they charge you. Anyways the charges should be off your prepaid card within 3-5 days, and as for credit from Trainn I doubt you will get it now unless you do a MCR

I guess it may seem obvious.. it never really entered my mind to keep or buy a game from them. Even that being the case then it should be stated in their TOS, or they should not be taking them in the first place. Kind of crazy to take someones money and THEN say we can't accept this kind of money. I emailed them back already, their email did not indicate any kind of refund being credited to my first card and nothing has been done so far, they only told me to go register a new one first.

It's not a matter of buying the game. The first charge they do is a validation charge which they do to all cards and then is taken away within a few days no matter what. But if they accepted prepaids, people could sign up, order a game such as Mass Effect or something, then cancel the account and run away with the game.

Yeah they did the authorization charge with my sign up. Are you saying they do a temporary charge for each game that is rented?
 
Has anyone tried the offer Keen? I saw on another forum people saying it was easy and cheap. Would like to hear some CAG feedback.

no they do 1 general authorization charge when u first sign up, what he's saying is what's to stop someone from signing up with a prepaid, not care about the charge and rent Halo/COD/Mass Effect or whatever games they want and never return them? it isn't like they would be charged on the prepaid again since it is just that a prepaid
 
well they answered my ticket, but im pretty sure it was for the wrong order, cause this is the one i put the wrong address on. they said it should be here friday so im hopin so, and we'll see which order it is. cause if its the frsit, im gonna have to put in another support ticket for the 2nd.

they make this alot more complicated then it should be it seems.

also has anyone recieved their mlb 2k8? mine 'shipped' on monday, just curious as to if anyone got theirs yet.
 
My rainbow six vegas 2 just went to shipped status. I'm guessing that means its ordered considering the release date is 18th.

I have condemned 2 waiting to be shipped (ordered Feb. 25)
and RBV2 processing (ordered Feb. 17)

blah blah la la I know RBV2 can't be shipped yet but still would like a status update haha
 
They've started preordering things lately. I got Turok and DMC4 the day after release and the receipt said they were ordered from Amazon on January 4th! You'll likely get it the day after release if a preorder has gone to shipped.

FreeCreditReport credited sometime today, took a little over 24 hours to credit, but definitely a good offer.
