i've used a debit card on everything i've done, including Amazing Webstores, eSuccess2U, Easy Grant Finder, Grant Every Day, Freecreditreport.com, and Credit Check Total...so you don't need a credit card...

the first 2 i listed and easy, call, give 'em you #, verify your name and your done, the other 1's are basically the same, but you have to verify more and give 'em a reason why you are cancelling..

remember to ALWAYS write down the confirmation #...just in case
 
yay my mcr finally went through and i got credit for yahoo success center...heres to hopin amazing goes through as well

i filed them both on the same day
 
For anyone who has done the Blockbuster Online offer, when should I cancel my account? I queued up a movie, should I receive, return and cancel?
 
Well, I just put in my order for a World Tour Bundle.

Hopefully they will ship it from Amazon so I can send it back and get WT + RB2 (or maybe GoW 2) due to having enough GCs between a return and what I already have for two games.

If they ship it from Red Octane or somewhere I can't return it for credit I will just give my friend the guitar and keep the game, hopefully that doesn't happen though. :pray:

yeah, you might as well take advantage of the trial. You have a month to rent, so do atleast 3 movies (you can have 3 movies rented out at the same time). After you receive them, wait like 4 days, cancel, then return...but i'd take advantage of the trial
 
Someone in charge of shipping for YF360G keeps omitting the suite number for my address. This is the third time in a row my package has been delayed a week because of this. :twoguns:

Yeah, but I think TrustedID you have to sign up for a year's membership which is like $100. So yeah, not really worth it.

Tried using a debit card and then a credit card for Amazing Web Store and eSuccess2U and neither went through. First time my card was ever declined. Thanks for your help but I'm just gonna give up on trying this.
 
Just a heads up to anyone trying Grant Every Day: even if you don't successfully complete the offer (I didn't) you might start getting called many times a day from 201-740-0032. I tried to do the offer but it wouldn't go past the payment page for me. Yesterday I started getting calls from that number, 2 rings then it hangs up. Happened about 10 times. I searched around and found out it belongs to some Grant search guide company and its a huge pain to get rid of. Finally answered and got somebody at like 6pm and chewed them out saying to put me on their do-not-call list and if they continue to call I'm reporting them to my lawyer. No calls since then...

tl;dr - watch out for Grant Every Day, they may sell your phone number to a scam company.
 
This is exactly why I got myself a Brring number.

I set the ringtone there to a message that says "This number has been disconnected" and after that, if they don't hang up, they get my Grand Central number that just goes to the online answering machine.

has any1 been able to do the Easy Grant Finder offer? I did it in the past (like 2 months ago), but both my friend and gf have tried doing it in the last week, and it keeps saying "order declined"...? but when they did Grant Every Day, it accepted both of their cards?
 
easy grant finder is like dead, isn't that mentioned on the 1st page? anyways I filed an mcr for that one month ago. I contacted trainn two weeks ago to say what the heck is going on. I just sent another support ticket today.

I almost forgot to cancel the Forex offer. I did it on Saturday then, out of the blue, remembered to cancel on Friday. It's been so long since I've done an offer that it slipped my mind.

i've submitted atleast 5 of 'em and all 5 took the full time period, which is 10 business days

If you haven't done "Grant Every Day, I would recommend doing it. I got credit the next day, but it was easy and cheap.

Just an update:

I, like others, were charged $38.95 from Hoodia Core after canceling the trial membership/future shipments. I had issues with their CSR via email, and it was not favorable. When I called the number, I was on hold for 62 minutes! (I just set the cell phone down and played a game.) The CSR used my USPS DC# to see that I returned the trial, and promptly issued a credit to my credit card account.

So, I still don't recommend the offer, but you should be able to get your money back if you really want to do it.
 
I also, was charged two days after canceling ColoPure. I mailed the trial back, should get there tomorrow. After usps.com gives me confirmation i'll spend an hour and a half on hold to get my $40 back.
 
damn, those HoodiaCore and ColoPure offers are a pain in the...

I did ColoPure long ago. They sent me two orders cuz they try to sneak in two other bottles when you hit that confirmation button...which I didn't see until it was too late. Called 'em and told 'em I didn't want those extra two bottles. The person said they'd remove them from my order and just ship the ColoPure bottle. Well, I got that order with just the bottle. Then I got a second order shipped to me with the Colopure and two extra bottles. I thought it was gonna be a complete nightmare, but I just made sure I had all my emails, confirmation numbers, confirmation receipts that they got the bottles returned. And everything was ok.

Just wanted to let everyone know...cancelled Forex offer with the number in the OP. It still works and didn't go to a voicemail like someone said. They answered with Pacific Web works? I forgot the exact name. But yes, I guess it is one of those offers. Anyway, I asked for Forex and they transferred me to some guy, Chris. All he asked me for was my phone number...name...and he gave me a cancellation confirmation number. Was the quickest cancellation ever!

Now I just have to cancel the Grant Every Day offer. i have 3 numbers I've found throughout this thread. I've already sent a cancellation email to them, but I do want to call them just incase. For those that have cancelled...which number did you call:
