It depends on the survey, many of the 3 or 4 page surveys I complete until it says

It took mine three attempts, but about a day is how long mine took when it went through .. I'd submit a ticket asking if they received it after 48 hours.

I am having a lot of trouble getting the CPAL offers to approve. I have 8 of them pending on my account since yesterday. Anyone else having problems with this?

And my stupid Stamps.com offer still has not approved since yesterday. Does this offer take a long time to approve? Or might I have more luck in getting a manual credit if I send a ticket with the confirmation email attached as a screenshot?

They ship from Florida if they have the item in stock when they don't have it in stock they use drop shipping from retailers like Amazon.com. Most likely they drop shipped it otherwise they would have emailed you the time card code.

I figured it would have went out via Amazon, but it was weird when the guy said he remembers packing it to go out, makes me wonder why they shipped my timecard rather than giving me the #s.

I guess they do it just to make sure your address is legit.

That way if for whatever reason you put a fake addy, you won't get the item.
 
They could almost drive down here and see if my address is legit, they've sent me another prize though via mail so they know its legit (my WoW card came via mail) .. I just figured its weird since he said he remembers packing it, and that would mean it came from Florida (the same state as me) but that was on the 9th. Today marks day six, though you can say Sunday doesn't count, we'll say four .. still a bit long to go instate - the dagger from the contest from GA took less, I believe (2-3 days). And I'm still waiting on my PrizeRebel points card, just my luck that nothing that I could use right now wants to come in a timely manner, and leaves me gameless.

Well, the Sony timecards I've purchased all were scratch offs, but this one doesn't look to be a scratch card .. its just a small piece of paper basically with the SOE logo and the games its valid for, with code on back. I don't think anyone could have guessed this code though, its a pain and I made sure to retry it myself since its an ugly code, lol. They probably sent an already used one, I'm still waiting for a response though - sucks it took 8 days to get my card and then . .wham this.
 
I can't seem to get any offers approved and im making sure that my comp running on Firefox will accept cookies. The only points I have are from the "update" coupon one big point! It's funny that they say that most offers are accepted within 15 minutes because mine just stack up in the pending section.
P.S. I am clearing my cookies before completeing my offers and I am using all my real info.
 
They aren't accepted within 15 minutes anymore, theres probably too much traffic now .. back when they started though the general rule was ~30 minutes otherwise it was disapproved, however now they tend to take longer .. I'd say give them 24 hours or so.

What Foladar said is correct. Within the last few months I haven't had an offer approved in less the 45 minutes.

Be sure to check out the Offer of the Day post and try the offers from the last few days because those offers do work. If none of the last few offer of the days work then something for sure is wrong.

I have sent in a few tickets and got different response times. Tickets have taken anywhere from 2 hours to almost 3 days from my experience. If you don't get a response today you should get one tomorrow, if you don't get a response tomorrow resend the ticket.

It seems you are having all sorts of bad luck with gaminglagoon. I have had mostly good experience besides getting verified took a few days and multiple calls for me.
 
I've had generally good luck with them .. the verification took about three calls though, maybe four. This is my first issue with them, USPS taking a week to deliver it wasn't their fault (USPS is horrible, they delivered my package yesterday to another building and today left my package in my box without even letting me know) but I hope they ship this one via email rather than mail again. I would have assumed they would have either marked the card or tossed it out, perhaps even written the username of the person who redeemed it.
 
Well, I accidently opened a new ticket and was answered in 40 minutes .. they said they're going to send me a new one, apparently its coming via USPS again. It says priority mail however rather than first class, so I assume its going to come faster than eight days.. I think I'm just gonna buy this months card though myself and use this next month since its still gonna take awhile since it won't get shipped until Friday morning, and likely won't be here until Monday if I'm lucky. They got it all solved though in a timely manner.

The offers with CPAL at the beginning weren't working well for me, only got one of those to go through. But they have a thread on the support forum about best results. Basically they tell you to turn off any antivirus programs, complete one offer at a time until it approves, enable cookies on your browser, and fill them in accurately. I was also using firefox with a lot of the orders. I found using Internet Explorer yields better results as other users will say the same.

As for keeping the windows open. I usually keep them open until I click the submit button. If it says you need to click a link in your email, I open another IE and keep everything open. Then I click the verify link in the email and THEN I hit submit. Once you hit submit there is no need to keep the windows open.

Also google ccleaner. I keep it open and after I hit Submit, I run the cleaner.

A lot of this may be overkill, but I want to be sure I get those points!

EDIT: Only 4 points away from that wiimote :D This current offer is taking a while to approve so bedtime now :p

Sweet, IR - Alliance Warranty worked great for me! It only takes about 30 seconds to fill out and I got credit within a half hour. No I'm sitting on 59+ points which should put me awfully close to that GHIII guitar whenever I find it online to order!

I've earned quite a bit from gaminglagoon. I'm getting a bit disappointed in the CPAL offers though, I've been skipping them lately because I have quite a few that have been pending since 8/13. Other then those though I'm still able to earn MS and Wii points easily.

Man, I just pre-ordered Stranglehold for the 360 from Video Game Lagoon, and I just got a message that said the estimated ship date is 9/13-9/19. What the hell? I'm not really irritated because it's a free game, but I'm confused. Does shipping normally take three weeks like that?

They overestimate the shipping so they won't have kids asking the game came out yesterday why don't I have the game yet. They order the games through Amazon so it will ship the same time all Amazon pre orders for Stranglehold ship. Expect it at the end of next week or right after the labor day weekend depending where you live.
