And good news everybody! I just preordered GHIII bundle from GL! Hurray! Chalk that up to 89.99 saved thanks to GL! I only have 0.07 points left, and very few offers that are crediting. I haven't decided what I'll go for next.

Oh, and did everyone see that bit on the forums that said Dietzel is going to implement a rate of approval ticker? I can't remember if it'll be auto or manual, but it'll be a way of letting people know what offers are approving at what rates based on how many people get them approved. Sounds great to me! They're going to dump the offers that don't approve up to a certain standard - which for Dietzel is probabaly about 5% ha!

I know this is spoo's thread and all, but I don't have my own thread and have been personally endorsed by spoo as a good PrizeRebel advisor. That being said, anyone that uses PR, or is interested in it, I just noticed that the credit card required trial of Video Professor is now 22 points. It costs $6.95 for shipping and handling, but you actually get shipped out 3 CD's (I got Photoshop tutorial CD's a long time ago) and you get to keep two of them. If you mail back the third, you'll effectively cancel your account and won't be charged anymore. It does require a phone call though. But still, $7 bucks for 22 points is a pretty fair deal to me. Especially if you're just going for a quick and easy Wii Points card or similar and don't feel like spending the time to do all the offers. $13 bucks off a 2000 point card is still a good deal even if it isn't free!

If anyone hasn't done the Ebay offer for Gaminglagoon I bought some Blockbuster coupons for games from this person and they all worked. You have to use the coupons in 30 days from the date of purchase but you can get 5 game rentals for the price of 1. I ordered a $10 Ebay gift certificate from GL custom order and bought 5 for $8. You also get 10.00 pts from gaminglagoon in the process. :cool:
 
Yeah, I did the eBay offer back when you only had to make bids, but that's when it was just worth 5 or 7 points. So I bid like $20 on Wii consoles because I knew they certainly wouldn't end at that price :) It was a hell of a deal back then, but it'd be nice to get the 10.00 points now, too.
 
I had a genius idea today for advertising my GL referral link! I've handed out referral cards, I've left them on boards or in class rooms. All that has worked and all, but here's another great idea I'm trying out! Now, I'm not advertising my link here in spoo's thread necessarily, but I thought everyone might want to try this out! So here we go, I'll let an image do the talking:

Just share your music with an eye catching name, ie "Want free gaming stuff? Click here!" or something similar. For the audio files, I downloaded a bunch of Zelda OOT songs. There's info in the song titles, file comments, and artwork. If someone's is interested, they'll definitely have all they need to check it out! This should be especially good for those of you that live in dorms, apartments, or spend a lot of time on public networks. Good luck getting new referrals!
 
Oh, I just learned about lagoonmusic today. Does anyone have a referral link they want me to use? Is anyone interested in the site that'll use my referral link once I sign up? Should I make my own thread for this entirely?
 
What the hell? Where is everyone? Today was a big day on GamingLagoon! There are now five sections of offers:
100% Free | Credit Card Required | Purchase Required | Cell Phone Required | Free But May Not Credit
The 100% Free section is down to 4 pages of offers. Hopefully that means they all have very high approval rates. The implementation of the ticker that shows the percentage of approval for each offer hasn't been done, hopefully that'll come soon. Also, you can now schedule phone support from the main member page. I guess you click the button, choose a time, and a rep from GL will call you to help with any problems. Sounds all around like a big leap forward for GL! I approve.

I just got an email about it. I can't enter it in either but I'm assuming that is because we have used a coupon before.

Also that is cool that they made the may credit section and I noticed they added live phone support. GL has proved they are trying to be the best nonCC freebie network.
 
Plus, I've actually gotten one of two offers to approve tonite! That's 0.90 points! According to the GL forums, the SORRY coupon nets you 2.00 points. Sweet! I was only expecting 1.00! Though, for all of the 20+ offers I was disapproved on the last few weeks, I think we might deserve a kickback of a little bit more than 2.00 points, but I'll take what I can get :)

You have to call them. If you go to the available prizes section and click on Get Verified, you'll be emailed a phone number and a list of things you need to say to them in a recorded message on the phone. You'll have to call from the phone number you have in your profile.

They'll ask you to state (CLEARLY) your prize ID, your full name, your address, your username and maybe a few other things. Just say EXACTLY what the tell you to say and don't say any more or any less. Seriously, being very precise and following the rules is what Dietzel cronies are looking for.
 
Hey hey! Everybody! The coupon code SORRY can be used more than once! I just did it a second time and got 2.00 more points! People are posting on the forums that admins are saying keep the points, but don't do it... well do it! :)

Someone also said they did it a whole bunch of times and got 100 points and ordered a prize. I wonder if they'll take those points away!
 
Okay, I was able to use the coupon on both mature and videogame, but it's saying on gaminglagoon that I can't enter a coupon at this time.
 
You're verified on GL, right? There was a bug with that earlier. I just checked and it's still open for me. So try again, otherwise, use it a few more times on VGL and ML!

Some good offers were added today.

Adobe - 3.00, it's one of those surveys where you get points even if you don't meet their target group (like the auto ones).
ABC Studies - 2.92, I've only heard about this one. It's not on my page of offers, but maybe it will be for you.

Finally, I also did Rex - York Photos - 4.95, which is a purchase required offer, but it only cost 99 cents. It's a photo printing website. They give you 30 free 4x6 prints with 99 cent shipping. So I ordered like 5 photos just because! Hopefully these offers will all credit!

EDIT: Adobe credited! That only took about 15 minutes tops! Time to update the siggy!

If you can help me out and to understand how this works youll see me log in more but if it turns out to be a worthless cause like all scams i wont be back

I don't get what you want to know :???:

Did you sign up to gaminglagoon with your real phone number, that is the first step?
Second step is do the free offers until you get enough points for the prize you want (see the offer of the day for help.)
Final step would be verifying your account (name, phone and address) to make sure you don't have multiple accounts after that is verified you get your prize.
 
Got back into this after taking a vacation. Thanks for all the offer suggestions. Also signed up for another Lagoon using a referral in the thread.

Speaking of which, is it safe to say that unless it says otherwise, it's okay to do the same offer for more than one Lagoon? I'm trying to decide if I need to balance my offers or plan ahead, since I'm not even sure what I want to get as a prize at each site.

Also, the Beat Auto Tracker informed me they hit the quota for my demographic. It's still pending, so I don't know if it'll credit anyway.

You're perfectly OK to TRY to do offers on more than one site, but most likely the won't credit on both if you've used the same email address. Some offers like Beat Auto Tracker should credit on both accounts if you clear your cookies before you do it each time, since it doesn't require an email.

I got called a few times, and then emailed. I just responded to the email with a No Thanks and it all stopped. Unforutnately, the recent insurance offers haven't been so quick to give up. I have only once answered the phone with their calls and I probably have receieved about 30 calls from them. Bastards. And I didn't even get the points!

The costal people were real nice the one time they called and haven't called since.
I did some insurance offers a few months back and never got any calls from them.
 
I got a custom prize disapproved and my points returned but no reason why it was disapproved. It is annoying not to know the reason why I was denied. It would only take them 10 seconds to type the reason. :whistle2:s
 
What'd you order? Usually on the forums they say just to custom order it again. It's possible that you need to add 1.00 point for reshipping. Did you check for tax in your state or Florida? That might be it too.
