thanks for continuing to bring it up, my disclaimer has been on the side of the item since before your first comment about it. I have been on CAG long enough to know but as I am asking the same question myself in the trade thread, until I get an answer, I feel ok about it. There are no EULA terms with the Modnation racers beta, so there is nothing that ties it to an individual.
