G4 apologizes for Tuesday press conference debacle

yeah her and laura foy are both working for msft...I believe it is called on the 10...they do video podcast type things...laura has an on the 10 e3 wrap up show on xbox live marketplace now..

There are a few hotties on the channel, even M Webb will look damn fine from time to time, I miss the asian hottie who hosted the countdown type show (name of her and show completely escaping me right now)

I will watch Ninja Warrior from time to time... great show it kinda fits since it is unique to the channel... the other reruns are suited better elsewhere like AD

the people who run this "channel" have some sort of MTV complex, MTV is nothing about videos much anymore... G4 the video game channel is less about video games than crappy reruns... I dont want to watch fucking drift racing or some of that other crap
 
Turn it up near the end.

He wasn't verbally raping the producers. He basically said that the trailer was still showing, some unidentified guy said " I know", and then He said that it wasn't preofessional to cut to commercial while it was still showing. Then it cut to commercial. He sounded pretty mad.

No one should make excuses for them. This is the Halo 3 trailer. This is G4. I'm sorry, but the G4 audience is the Halo audience. We know you're pulling in bucks for advertising during probably their highest rated spectacle of the year, but don't screw the viewers over by cutting to commercial in such unconveniant spots.

I forget the name of the show too, but it was hosted by Diane Mizota, aka 'Fook Mi' from Austin Powers 3.

She is quite annoying and has the charisma of a vulcan which means she is like a robot.It seemed like every game i wanted to see she was conducting the interview.

Oh yaeh! I had forgotten about those. And I wasn't so clear in my last post about MGS4 and their screw up there; what actually happen was thye started to air it and then right before the last quarter of it/the end of the most badass trailer they cut it short and Adam's tells the audience (us) that we just have to go online to see it (ahem youtube and not G4) since they have to cut to commercial. What a ridiculous coverage of the entire E3 affair. If you can't cover E3 like you should, then you shouldn't cover it at all.
 
I don't want to turn on G4 to see tuner cars or mod cars with that annoying stereotypical black guy or any of the other shows on cars that are just dumb. They don't even do the car shows right. At least on Spike what they have in regards to cars is usually pretty cool or informative; G4's car programming is just shit.
 
I hope gaming companies actually watch the E3 footage because it was horrendous. Not only did they cut in and out at the inopportune times, but the entire G4 cast were terrible and could not work well with one another. This coverage showed how pathetic Adam and Morgan are. I enjoy the occasional episode of X-Play mainly for Morgan, but she was clueless without a script/teleprompter at the on location updates. As for Adam he has gone down hill since the show was renamed from Extended Play to the now X-Play and could he step over Jeff Keighly. Both G4 and Tech TV were decent as individual stations, but we see what greed gets us. Hopefully the "Big 3" and third party companies will have some influence in how the format will be next year in the presentation of their respective showcases. What G4 needs to do is just shoot footage and leave the commentary to the pros. Just set up the cameras and let the important people speak there peace.
 
I remember falling asleep a few years back to that one show that always showed the video game cutscenes and stuff from the games.

Jeeze, will Kevin Rose either just buy the network or make his own?
